And this is why I don't do soil:) The only thing I can keep alive is my canna plants and that's still only just:)

Cut and paste photos.. I'm not that silly...

Black thumbs, that's just something basic to grab some ideas from..

That's the selling point, tho'... You only need a couple of those things, bit of compost, bit of coco, you're away..
Literally, you can walk away. As I'm about to say also on Black Thumbs thread, I've given some "nutes" to mine but no measuring, no '3 times a day', no pH/EC.. They look after themselves.. Like a plant!
I started out trying to go nuts on the organics thing, and if I had more time and space and inclination, I'd be aiming for bobrowns level.. That guys the organic guru; hit that link in that post on my thread a couple days ago.. He is the master. The best looking plants; beautiful and lush..and the flowers......
But it's a lot of work to set that shit up and here in Aus, we just can't get a lot of the stuff DIY is the only way to go and it's a lot of work.
I choose the EASY way.. Compost, EWC, Coco and some basic amendments. Bottled organics pick up the slack...
Easy! But no bragging until I harvest that 320 grams (TheBlaze predicted that..I'l take it!)....

Man thought it was cold today.. Coldest June day in 18 years.. There was snow all over the property I was working at today. I drove there, down the long drive way, around the makeshift round about and back out the driveway to home

Thought you must've had a sickie today Grizz... I was right! A "snowie".

Man thought it was cold today.. Coldest June day in 18 years.. There was snow all over the property I was working at today. I drove there, down the long drive way, around the makeshift round about and back out the driveway to home

One of the hottest here(feels like summer). My air con can't even keep up set at 25 so I've gotta re set it every hour.Going to be good starting from tomorrow though:)

Only thing they have a lock on is bat guano, but that's a political 'crap' thing... With product, BFA NASAA is fairly much all I buy.. Don't look over the pond where the grass is greener, they looking back and taking most of our product.. There's a few organic and hi brix gardening suppliers in vic, west and qld that will have your garden sparkling, they are made for Australian soil, which is totally different to other countries. I've looked into it on a basic level but it's why we have the ever greens etc. there's studies on trees that have changed their foliage over last couple hundred years, greening longer and only dropping 3/4 foliage etc. I'll try and find, good read.. What I'm getting to is a lot of what Americans are growing with are not required here but higher amount of others are...we got good soil Santb, like really good man..

Man, I'd drive up there tomorrow if I could get couple months work.. Need the warmth..

Yeah, I couldn't do it.. I was so hoping that no chippy's or sparky would be there, which they weren't. Would have had to get out and work if they were. Can't get busted being that soft, lol..

Ha I was home today so I noticed you on here..

It's cold here too (for here, anyway), if that helps any...

Hey y'all I just posted a question on my "Balls!" thread ( that never gets old)... How much weight do the roots add in the later stages??

I actually did the same with you, wondering if you work or not... Did You get into rap at all Santb? Don't know if you've heard of What What/Jean grea or anticon..

In the early days of break dancing I was 12/13 and I was into that a bit..not the dancing but the music.
But nah I never really got rap or hip hop.. I don't hate it, just never got into it.. Used to like Public Enemy, Cypress Hill, NWA (blasting out the car at 10000 db cruising around Cairns bent and pissed off our heads... Dad was the local Sgt in charge CIB..) Ice T (Bodycount!); but once the heavy stuff got me, that was it..

Public enemy is the act of seen the most, lol.. Saw them once with ice t. Wasn't really an ice t fan at time, was massive public enemy, ice t killed them, just smashed it. Can tell why he became what he has.. we were all like 12 year old school girls, only with bomber jackets and baseball caps, had us all eating out of his hand, lol..
Jean grea, she's my favourite rapper/lyricist..darker than dark, evil but funny, unless those thoughts are truely going through her head or experienced such things, then it's scary and sad, but still really good rhymes...

Flav turned out to be a wanker..So much for not selling out!! No idea what Chuck D is doing now.. Probably producing..
