Greenhouse Seed Co Kalashnikova - Soil - CFL - Indoor

Day 62. Day 21 of 12/12. End of week 3 flowering. The Kalashnikova is really starting to fill out nicely. Bud sites everywhere. I found just a few purple pistols in just a couple of different flowers. I'm wondering if they're all going to turn the same shade. We'll know soon enough.

I love this plant! So easy to grow. I literally just leave her alone and she does all the work. It's so rare that I ever have to water her. I can't remember the last time I watered now. I thinks it's been a week again.

Got another pic of the tent and also a shot of the developing main cola. Considering I don't have a lot of light, it'll stay relatively compact. But overall, it's going to be a fun show. Stick around!!

Day 64. Day 23 of 12/12. Took out the tape measure today. 25" tall and 25" wide. Bud sites are still small but the show is on. Come get your seat!

The Kalashnikova has not disappointed. Great little bush with a lot of potential. It would be fun to see what she could do under an HPS. She is finally starting to drink water. The top of the soil has dried out, but plenty of moisture remains. I'm ging to let her dry out over the next 2 days before giving her more water.

As always, pics!

Forgot to mention... found 2 bananas on the main stem today. Not worried about it. I'm going to let them mature over the next 2 weeks and collect the pollen. Ill do my best to apply to a couple of bus sites for seed production. It'll be my first attempt and hopefully I don't get it everywhere! Ill make sure I do my homework first.

Day 66. Day 25 of 12/12. Gave her a light soaking today. Very little smell from the Kalashnikova so far. I rubbed a small flower and the smell was straight lemon. It was really very nice. Looking forward to more of that in the coming weeks.

I'm thinking about my next grow and I want to try a few hempys in the tent. Either 4 or 6 two liter bottles. I was thinking of running 2 or 3 strains, sog style. If I choose the Kalashnikova again, ill need to sprout a seed, veg for 30 days and clone for another 2 weeks. Then run the hempys. Or, I could go pick up rooted clones and immediately put them in hempys and start them 12/12. That seems to make more sense. Harborside has a nice assortment of clones to choose from. I think I saw about 25. Choosing 4 or 6 clones of different strains would be fun, and a nice challenge to manage them in my small tent. I have plenty of time to plan it!

A shot of the plant in the tent and two small flowers. Enjoy the pics.

i wish my plants had that many main shoots.
good grow tho just snooped threw ur whole journal very good job :thumb:

Thanks Aztez I appreciate the kind words. I just ran through your first journal. You have some great colas on those plants! Nicely done. I'll be following your current journal. Thanks for stopping by.

Day 68. Day 27 of 12/12. Not a whole lot to update. The flowers on this Kalashnikova are still very small. Under an HPS I think she'd be exploding right now. The stretch is still on. Had to raise the lights another 2 inches. One of the leaves was growing into the light.

I've put in such little effort on this grow. Just water and sit back and watch. Stress free.

Very beautiful plant, thinking about getting a bean or two myself now that I've seen it here. Can't wait for a smoke report, bet it will be good stuff!

I think so too. I'll definitely post a smoke report after the chop. I don't think she'll disappoint!

I just discovered that my iPad takes much better close ups than my phone. I also broke out the digital camera but the battery is dead. It's charging for tomorrow's update. Can't wait to see some macros!
