Do you actually have a choice to not have them done by Thanksgiving? For most of us, the weather at that point isn't allowing anything more.

There's two that will be done sooner than the other two as they are further along in the process.

Since you seem to still have quite nice days now, shorter flowering strains next year, something that's harvestable around now seems perfect.
You still gotta dry and trim them, like right before having people over that's also not ideal as that's usually a big & smelly mess

That’s kind of what I thought! Big smelly mess. I should be grateful for pretty plants.

The weather drastically changed here from 80’s to frost overnight. I see the pistils are still green. I assume it’s still a little while away from harvest? I am good at growing but I don’t quite have the eye for perfect harvesting. This is just the biggest plant.
