Grandpa Tokin’s Perpetual

Looks great over here grandpa! Glad to hear your reeling well and enjoying the outdoors before the white crap rolls in!

I pressed some of my strawberry kush yesterday and have to say I'm hooked. The rosin is the real deal!

Heres to rooting for those cuts

I just completed two Rosin dabs myself. Enjoying a quiet morning. It’s rare when I have a day with no plans whatsoever. The clones are looking green and still standing so I’m optimistic. I appreciate you rooting for a rooting! LOL! I’m stoned so that sounded funny in my head...

Here’s a little update on my health. If any of you don’t know, I had a heart attack and open heart surgery in April. It sucked! Two months later (when I could finally walk again) I started a cardiac rehab program. Exercising 3 times a week. At first, it was walking on a treadmill for 5 minutes at a crawl pace. Anyway, I had to wait for 8 more weeks before I could use my arms and when that was finished I started working out 6 days a week. That was nine weeks ago, and Friday was my last day at the rehab. I graduated with honors. I’m making fun of it, but it’s changed my life completely.

I’m still lifting weights 3 times a week and doing cardio 3 times a week. I eat right and completely cut out alcohol. I dab rosin and hit my vaporizer, but try not to “smoke” weed too much. I’ve put in significant effort in the last 9 weeks and it really shows. I look better (if that’s possible) and feel 100% better than before the heart attack. I plan on continuing this journey. I still have a long way to go, but I’m hitting it daily. One step at a time!

Sir Tokin you are an inspiration to me and all who know the twists of health we endure as humans. Bless you for sharing because I forget to take good enough care of myself sometimes.(Read Tub of shit) It's good to hear you're doing so well dude. You know I think of Grandpa Tokin whenever I fill the vape with shatter. See Ya

Gettin' after it! Good to hear...

I was surprised at how much faster I recovered once I started pushing myself a bit. Glad to hear you're slaying it brother!
:high-five:

Really proud of you man. I remember being pretty freaked out when I heard, but you really did well. Just another one of life's hurdles that grandpa leaped while toking some GG the whole way.

Honestly your heart attack inspired me to work on my health too.

The outdoor plant looks just fine to me and my guess is it will go full term out there no problem. Either way it's cool how it came back so nice after the dingo decimation....

Have a good week brother

Congrats on your rehab graduation! Not much we can graduate from at that age so take that certificate and have it mounted next to the head of the dingo that ate your baby :). Of course, you should probably let it live since it did you a great favor with that plant.

I'm glad to hear you are keeping up the regimen and feeling great. Sometimes it takes a major scare like that to get you (or MadDab) going in the right direction. Thanks for sharing the journey with us Grandpa.

:Namaste:

Thanks guys! I’m so happy to still be here. It’s not been an easy journey, but I’m determined to keep at it. I appreciate the complements.

Plant is really starting to push the flowers. Can’t wait to see what happens with her. I did a squeeze too! More pictures in my Rosin thread. Enjoy!
