Grandpa Tokin’s Perpetual

I don't think anyone has any idea! Derby is using grapeseed oil which doesn't truly solidify in the fridge, but does the cooling/heating process matter? No one knows yet!

The cooling for 24 hours allows the lectin to work ( bonds the oil and cannabis) .
I definately notice a significant positive difference when I started doing this .
Namaste !

Please post this in the rosin thread if you haven’t already. Very organized and professional OS! I love it. So is single puck better? Your thoughts?

Done! It will be quicker, if I can get larger bags. I don't know about the return. I'll need to play with it when I get the larger bags.

This is my experience for sure . I have always gotten more yield from a single smaller puck with my 10 ton . Anything bigger than 4-7 grams and I get blow outs, resin leakage etc .
Takes longer to process, but definately more yield for me , with the equipment I have on hand :)

Can you post your process? Those look amazing :)

Absolutely! This recipe makes 40 candies at 15mg per serving.

INGREDIENTS
1 gram decarbed rosin
150 gram water
350 gram sugar
100 gram corn syrup
1 dram lorann oil
Citric acid crystals (optional)

In a medium sauce pan combine water, sugar and corn syrup.

Place on high heat and gently stir until full boil is reached. Do not stir anymore after boil is reached. Add a drop or 2 of food dye if color is desired.

Boil until temp reaches 300°F then remove from heat.

Let mixture cool to 250° then add rosin and flavoring, quickly mix well then pour your candy.

The citric acid can be used to enhance flavors in small amounts or use more to make sour candies. Simply sprinkle some into your candy molds before pouring. Using molds is not a necessity, you can pour onto a silicone mat and break apart once cooled.
I found cleanup to be easy if I allow my pan, thermometer, utensils to soak in hot water for a hour.

If using lorann oil cinnamon only use half a dram!
Also I found leaving rosin in freezer until use makes handling much easier.

Light workout today. I stretched, walked for 30 minutes on the treadmill, and then did 10 negative pull-ups and 3 sets of 10 pushups. I cried a little...

It's tough to get back into a routine after a week's recovery.

It’s been over 2 weeks and I still feel the injury. Plus, I got winded quickly...and my pussy hurt. :thedoubletake:

100 pushups, lots of ab work and stretching. Sciatica is still there, but way less. I’ve found that Stretching the piriformis muscle has relieved quite a bit of the pain. I had to go online and find stretches that work. Stretching and rest have made the biggest impact...that and a shit-ton-O-Rosin. :cheesygrinsmiley:

Hey have you tried an inversion table ? It changed my life .
I have an L4, L5 problem and it definitely helps me.
don’t buy one until you have tried one thou because in my experience with over 30 people trying mine, you will know instantly if it will work for you or not once you get off.
If it doesn’t hit your problem you will just feel dizzy, maybe relaxed after ... if it actually helps you will notice a difference immediately.

Find a fitness store that sells them and give it a whirl ! Good luck :)

I’ve tried one. It actually aggravates that sciatic more for some reason. I wish it did work.

I have been dead-hanging from a bar or rings and that does help. The problem with that is grip/forearm strength and endurance.
