Wonderful day here. My workout felt really good after taking yesterday off. When I first started walking on the treadmill, because it got too cold for my delicate tush, I was walking at 3.2 mph according to the treadmills computer. Now I’m walking at 3.5 mph for the entire 75 minutes. Later I started adding 10 pushups every ten minutes during the walk and now I’m doing 20 pushups and 10 inverted rows (on the rings) every ten minutes. My weight plateaued slightly during the cookie holidays, but as of this afternoon I’m still at 192 lbs. I just need to lose another 7 lbs to hit the magic 100 lbs lost. I’ll get there eventually.
Leg day. I did 20 squats (with an 8kg kettle) and 10 lunges on each side, every ten minutes during my 75 minute stroll on the treadmill. It was so much fun! Then I did a few dabs...now I’m high as a mf...
