Grandpa Likes To Squeeze Stuff: Solventless Extracts, Rosin, Pressed Here!

Are you making a lens for your pilot glasses?
That GG is damn near clear . That video that I watched behind @Dutchman1990 video said to squish before it hits two weeks in cure ! Was that right ?
I start squishin as soon as it’s dry.

You can squish right when it’s dried and ready to jar but I like to wait a week with my jars sealed to really make it pop! I’ll do some comparison squashes this upcoming harvest to show the difference from:
Harvest dry squish
Harvest dry - 1 week cure - squish
Harvest dry - 2 week cure - squish

There is a difference and will gradually darken as it ages!

Fuqing science! Can’t wait to see it. There is definitely a difference.

I squished an oz. Of my Boptang feminized plants recently harvested. About 4 days in jars after dry. I started at 190 temp and 160 bag, but raised it to 205 second 2 presses to see if it became more "liquidy". I actually included a pic of the last press at 205 and it was litterally falling off the top of the parchment. The pic in my hand was seconds off the press. It is like chalky rocks today. Flavor is grapefruit and orange. Interesting to see how different strains press to different consistencies.

Sweet lord! I have found the promised land - this is the kind of thing I want to do with my grow. I had been looking at some commercially made presses, but I may have to read up and look into making my own press!
I made mine originally, but later went with some DabPress caged plates. I love them!

They work great with my press.

And - if anyone has any recommendations or where I should start - please let me know. I love to learn, and I am really loving the process of growing my own. I'm here to learn man!

Dabpress all the way. The caged plates are the way to go if you have a hydraulic press, or another use for one. Their complete units are great if you don't. Dulytek has some good looking units as well. Both are sponsors. ;)

Happy New Decade all you Cat's and Chick's out the in boogie land!

Just raised both lamps about 6 inches each. Gonna be flipping very soon.
Did a couple of Super Crops on the AP tops and one of the Triple Cheese also. So give them a day or so, see how they look and flip.

The new fan is the Tit's, very quite, good column of air and just the right size.

Hey gang, I squished some of my Creme de la Chem last night. 190c for 2:30 minutes through a 120 micron bag. Can’t knock these Mephisto autos they’re very impressive.
