Glimmer Grows More Autos - Blue Dream - Amnesia & Dark Devil In Coco With MH/LEDs

Hey Glimmer's I would like your opinion. Does a carbon filter really help with the smell. I have been without one but think I need something other than the damp rid things I have been using to hide smell because this WW smells like 1000x stronger than my last 2 grows. I just don't want to spend more money if I don't have to especially after just spend over 500 on the Mars ll 1200

My roommate doesn't smoke and doesn't like the smell of the weed growing in the house. I put a carbon filter in the grow room and his complaints stopped instantly. I assume that means they work. I miss the smell.

Carbon filters work wonders. My plants are quite small right now but were already getting pretty skunky, hooked up the filter yesterday and haven't smelled them since. From what I've read having a little negative pressure will also keep down the smells.

Just got some Meltdown CBD - organic from my dispensary -- one of the most beautiful nugs I've ever seen in person. I love the deep green and the high contrast with the orange. I'll do a vape report later.

From what I've read, this is a grow of 303 Seeds Meltdown tested and found very high in CBD -- higher than usual for the strain. This is the first really high CBD bud I've ever tried. I'm hoping it will help my insomnia and night time anxiety. Here's the description from the dispensary:

G'Morning Glim! :passitleft: You should join my "Pass it left" thread and add some of these smoke reports you do. It will help others (including myself) to find the strains that just sit well with us. How are the babies?

Also, temperature. Heat makes stinkier plants.

is there anything better then having a house that doesn't smell like weed then opening your tent and the smell floods the house :P My wifey hates it it all shapes and forms so i gotta spray every time i open the tent

ona blocks help a lot but they're kinda pricey

I know, right now I can't get them or a scrubber. I'm going to have to figure something out soon though. The flower switch isn't to far away and I can hear the wife already.

I'm subbed and awaiting a smoe report on the high CBD buds \m/ (^_^) \m/

heh heh heh -- it was great, super relaxing -- I'll do a proper smoke report this evening! Just kind of crashed right after it last night ...

I'm so glad other people have been weighing in on this -- I don't have a carbon filter and didn't use anything for the last grow because my husband is cool with the smell and we're in our own detached house so don't have to worry about immediate neighbours. I know people rig up amazing filters using household objects, though ...

Can't wait to hear how the meltdown was ;)

Soon, golfer! Thanks for your interest!

I think this is the only dilemma I'm going to have this grow. The wife complaining about the pot smell.

Yeah, some people really don't like it, eh? For me it's olfactory heaven :)

Off to look up ona blocks! Thanks, Spart!

I know people make passive charcoal filters for small grow boxes -- isn't there a way to create a passive filter and mount it in one of the openings in a tent?

What's up glimmer... I dropped 2 more for the small pots just for you bud lol

THANK YOU! Small pots ftw! I ordered some 1 gallon smart pots (cause they're so easy to SWICK) and may give this a try -- how many plants can I fit into a 1 metre square tent? :) MORE TENTS! MORE LIGHTS!

heh heh heh

The babies look ready to take flight. LOL! They always look like a flock of birds at this stage. Yeah, twisted leaves - I never worry.
