The rest of my Crop King Seeds prize package for best CKS Journal of 2015 arrived today -- and it's amazing!

Not only has Crop King Seeds been extraordinarily generous with seeds (they gave me 20 seeds which I will be going in a big CKS grow later this year) and tons of fun and useful accessories, they are clearly very well connected and have gone over and above finding amazing prizes for this competition.

BC company Mary J's Edible Medibles (who may be connected to Beard Bros?) sent four mini ginger cookies. I have to admit that as soon as I took this photo I ripped open the package and enjoyed a wee snack :) Let me tell you, ginger cookies are a brilliant choice for canna-infused edible because ginger helps cover up so much of the canna smell. I did get a tiny whiff of medication, just enough to let me know to take it easy with these! (Note: I'm glad I did, because I am tingling already!) Delicious cookies, taste every bit as good as homemade!

Cannabis Culture Lounge ashtray and CKS lighter -- very cool and useful! (My household's total lack of ashtrays was noted by my brother earlier this year :)

And THIS. We all saw it on the CKS thread about the contest, but I never imagined I'd ever hold such a beautiful thing in my own hands. It's a Celebration Pipe from Hawaii made from a ceramic/lava composite plated in platinum and it's the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. I'm going to spark it up later tonight (using hemp wick, thank you for that tip, Pigeons!) and make a burnt offering to the canna gods for their blessing :) It looks prehistoric, in the best way possible -- perfect for ceremonies and rites. I think I'm going to have to make a few up :) Thank you, Celebration Pipes!

Glimmer, I'm sorry I'm so late! I must admit, without a gps or someone telling me left or right, I'd be forever lost. Can you forgive me?

I'm starting on page one, but I'm sure by tomorrow this time, I will be fully caught up!

I'm pretty overwhelmed. (Also still high from the world's smallest ginger cookie -- I am so easily stoned!) It's a certificate of authority, I think. I believe that they don't make an incredible number of these pipes each year. Whatever, it's very pretty and I can't wait to use it!

Nice prizes GG. Of course, I always knew you were a winner... :Love:

I went back and check my DD journal and found that Day 62 was when I did the back building on the main cola and two other stems. Harvest was 85 days.

I didn't find that this made any noticeable difference. Day 62 probably was a little late for an auto. My White Widow showed a difference which I posted on LA's thread. Bloom ran two months until harvest.

What a cool little pipe glimm. Crop king seeds must love you. I think it's great that they have so many competitions. Cant wait to see the big grow later this year. Congrats on even more cool prizes. Are you planning on using the new pipe? Its almost too nice right lol. :passitleft:
 
I'm gonna have to go back a read exactly how you built your swick GG. Cause swick may be what I do for my trip.

But on another note wow! At your ladies ! So gorgeous and everyone has distinct personalities you can see in them! Each and every one is gorgeous glimmergrass ! Also congratulations on your new goodies and especially that beauty of a pipe! That thing looks awesome !

Howdy glimmer, I have been in the shadows following along reading up on the last and this grow journal. I will say lots of helpful advice from you has helped me out thus far in my current grow haven't had any problems so far (knock on wood). I figured time to start a journal and step out of the shadows so thanks for asking questions that have been bugging me daily it has helped me out seeing as I was skeptical about posting. I am currently growing x1 white voodoo from CKS, x2 og kush rare earth seeds, and x2 blueberry from CKS (will be giving one away). I was wondering how it was growing the blue dream as I might pick it up for my next grow any ideas on my next Strain would be great also I'm not to picky and am looking into autos. I do have a journal I just started if you would like to see progress so far on my lovely girls
