GeoFlora Nutrients Discussion Thread

When I order online for GF, I use GardenTap which is a preferred vendor off their site. I go to our sponsors page, then click the @GeoFlora Nutrients link. On their menu, it says where to buy. Then I click GardenTap. You can also use their map to find the nearest store to you that carries it. I have done that as well. If you see the screenshot below, that was just a moment ago. They have a sale going on right now. So no code needed and you'll be saving money. Free shipping over $50 too so your super-secret card would work.

I would be all over that free shipping! Thanks!

Thanks @HappyHazmat88 @Emilya @BakedARea for helping to answer questions while we weren't working for the weekend!
@Savvage61 Yes, Geoflora is organic, yes you can use other amendments without worry about them locking out with Geoflora (they may lock out with one another, so always keep an eye on compatibility if you're using more than one!) and yes, we have a discount code! The discount code is for GardenTap.com, and they currently have a sale (typically you can't double up on discounts) and I believe the sale is better than our discount right now, so definitely go check it out!

Here's my testimony for your great products. These Afgoos, Godfather OGs & Extreme OGs (left to right, respectively) have been raised in Fox Farms Ocean Forest soil with 20% perlite on the prescribed regimen of Geoflora Veg, now Geoflora Bloom, Terpinator, Massive & Dynomyco. Flowering initiated June 1st, due for harvest sometime in August, complete story is in my journal.

WOW that answered a lot of questions for me I plan on pollinator every day with the Fox Farm's soluble trio (open sesame, Beastly bloomz, and Cha-ching)1/4 tsp of 1 or the other start mid flower, (They have a schedule only use 1 at a time) what and when do you use Massive & Dynomyco I thought Dynomyco was used to enhance roots at transplant?

Be careful not to put the microbes out of work! Force feeding a lot of bioavailable nutrients can easily shut down an organic feeding cycle. Make sure you are only supplementing with your additives, not providing a major part of the nutrients.

Yeah and I was kind of worried about that I don't want to give it more nutrients I just want stuff that's going to add extra help that the nutrients don't like I do want to use the purple later but I don't know what to use during the veg fox farm solubles they're really high in phosphorus but between them and perpenator I don't think that will be too much especially since I'm not using any fox or Fox farms tiger bloom. On a side note any mist typos I'm talking this into my phone grandson got the computer and I got fingers like sausages so

My Geo Flora auto is ready to start flowering. At what point if any do I switch from Geo Flora Veg to Geo Flora Bloom?

Do you supplement with anything other then the Geo Flora nutrients? Thus far I haven't added anything and the plant is looking real nice.

I hadn't seen a need for additional supplements until recently. Several growers of abnormally large sized plants have noticed that toward the end of the 2 week period, the large hungry plants tend to run short of potassium. One grower got around that by feeding early, like every 12 days instead of 14. Geoflora started recommending using Terpinator as a supplement, and I have been finding that this mostly fills the gap for my plants. I have never seen a need for additional magnesium, and I may be seeing that by letting the plants go mostly dry in bloom, that a slight calcium deficiency can occur because the microbe population slows down in the dry soil. Again, instead of supplementing, I would rather fix the cause of the problem, and it seems that watering a day early is solving this one for me. As long as the microbes remain highly mobile in the moist soil, all seems to be ok in my garden.

This is a new auto strain for me so not sure what to expect as far as stretch in flowering. I of course would prefer a lot of stretch. Thanks for the info, very helpful.

I plan on using purpinator same thing as Terminator but suppose to draw out more color I was considering using FF soulibe for Bud cha-ching, Beastly blooms open sesame 1 at a time by schedule But That's a lot of phosphorous I assume bloom has Phosphorus I need to check but last time using tiger bloom was too much Phosphorus I was also wondering if I should be adding anything during veg I don't want to overdo it that's why I'm going to geo flora I'm tired of deficiencies @Emilya what about Molasses I have always add some to a watering once every 3-4 watering just for the microbes is that still ok to do with the geo flora

Please trust the Geoflora. If you later find that you need something else because your plants are huge and That hungry, add it. You seem to still think that you can brute force nutrients onto the plant, ignoring the entire concept of the organic feeding cycle. If you supply too much readily available nutrients using products from other nutrient lines, you are going to put the microbes out of work, and when they die, your grow will die. Let the geoflora and its microbes do its thing and you are going to be very pleasantly surprised that your plants have everything they need with just the GeoFlora.

I'm back this time with an actual side by side comparison of my two Lecter auto crosses. Today when the photos were taken the two plants are at sprout +43 days. I use 75 days as an average length of grow start to finish for an auto flower so they have about 30 or so days to go. The purpose of this comparative grow was to determine if @GeoFlora Nutrients would stand up against my Mystery Concoction (MC) nutrients that I normally use. I'll let the photos answer that question.

First up is a side by side of both plants. On the left is the mystery concoction (MC) nutrients plant and on the right is the Geo Flora nutrients plant.

Next up is a closer look at the MC nutrient plant. Not a bad looking plant but it's a bit sparse, lacking many side branches. These are both grown from seeds off the same plant. Is it perfect science no, does it tell me all I need to know, yes, yes it does.

Here is a closer look at the Geo Flora fed plant. I fed her a few days ago with 1/4 cup of Veg and 1/4 cup of Bloom and watered that in with well water Ph'd to 6.3 Today I watered her again this time adding 1/2 tbs of Recharge and 40ml of Terpinator. I expect fully she will love that combination. This plant is more robust and from the start has had more energy and growth. This is a big step for me to try the Geo Flora line with my autos and now I'm glad I did.

Bud shot of the MC nutrient plant. My mystery concoction nutrients seem lacking here.

Here is a bud shot looking down on the Geo Flora nutrient auto. There is quite a bit more canopy on this plant.

Now obviously there is at least a month to go with this comparative grow but already I am pretty darn confident which plant will finish strongest.

I hope this comparison grow helps other growers on this site to make a better educated buying decision when considering your nutrient purchase.
