OKAY! ALRIGHT! It's only taken me 2.5 months to get this show started but finally I'm getting caught up with life.

Those of you who know me know that I have a place in my heart for autoflowers. Now I am the first to admit I am not a real talented grower and I'm pretty much a lazy grower so often my plants do not perform to their full potential. A question I kept asking was how will autoflowering plants perform if grown using Geo Floras nutrients.

What I did was fill one 5 gallon fabric pot with ProMix with @DYNOMYCO , Earth Alive, and @GeoFlora Nutrients . The Dynomyco and Earth Alive I added to the 5 gallons of ProMix about 3 weeks prior to adding the Geo Flora. The second 5 gallon fabric pot was filled with ProMix again with DYNOMYCO and Earth Alive 3 weeks prior to planting.

So both pots were prepped and it was time to drop the seeds into shot glasses. I chose one of my favorite homemade autos called Lecter. The day I dropped them into their shot glasses I mixed in the Geo Flora into fabric pot #1. Three days later both seeds had nice taproots and they were planted in their forever home pots. They both sprouted within an hour of each other on June 2nd. Both pots are side by side in the same tent. At 10 days post sprout both of them were fed/given 100ml of water right down the taproot using a pipette. Today is day 12 post sprout with the non Geo Flora plant getting ready to be fed her first nutrients. I snapped a pic of each this morning for comparison.

This first photo is of the plant I am preparing to give it's first feeding of nutrients.

This is the Geo Flora auto. I was SO relieved there was no damage or burning of any kind and the plant is considerably more advanced then the other test plant.

The question is will that continue as they get older and the smaller plant starts getting fed nutrients? Stay tuned to this channel to find out.

ALL THE LOVE!!

Back again with another update. All the plants in this photo are the same age at sprout +15 days. The plant in the front left is the only plant being grown using Geo Flora. The plant in the back right is the comparison plant as it's from a seed off the same plant as the front left plant. Both are Lecter autos . The Lecter in the back right just got its first feeding of nutrients yesterday and until then was fed only water. I'll update when I can. If anyone is interested of course.

I am currently using Fox farm Trio with FFOF medium and I have had my share of burn and lock-out issues does Geo flora still let you us adds, like Purpinator, or whatever bud enhances you use? what about Cal mag is that already in the geo flora or does that need to be added thru watering? ./ I just kinda glanced over Ill go over it again but does it say if it is organic? the no lock outs caught my eye lol

@Savvage61 all good questions my friend. Rather then give you what I think is the correct answer I'll ask the @GeoFlora Nutrients expert to steps in to answer your questions.

I gotta admit I am very tempted to get it and use it on my next grow I mean if @Emilya uses it that's good enough for me. ya know what would really push me over the edge? a good discount code:goof:

What's to say about geoflora nutrients.....they friggin rock :headbanger:

But savage, I used FF trio with bush doctor and my plants always had something wrong.... Not saying it's the product....but since I switched to geoflora I have had literally perfect grows with no issues and some really happy ladies.... Plus might I add it's ridiculous simple to use..... I'm not a sales man for them but unless I find something better(doubtful for the same price) I'll swear by them.

@HappyHazmat88 actually you are I follow you a salesman your word carries wieght. the FF trio has had some issues with me and to be honest it is a lot of work at times especially when your mixing for different time table plants did I add big grow to this one? Im an old stoner and everybody knows short-term memory isn't a strong point I still wonder how many seedlings I feed tiger bloom by mistake

I will just say that I have not seen any need for using calmag since I started using Geoflora. Their advanced feeding recommendations include using Terpinator and other boosters to add additional P and especially K, but on less needy plants the basic Geoflora will do a nice job all by itself. Let's define organic to the use of the organic feeding cycle, and then I would say that even with boosters, this is an organic grow and yes the Geoflora does have the organic label on it. Geoflora supplies the raw nutrients needed for two weeks and the microbes needed to process and feed them to the plant. There are no lockouts, and no need to worry about overfeeding Autos, because you are not feeding the plants... the microbes and the roots work that out between themselves. I am even able to use tap water without worrying about chlorine, because so many new microbes come in every time you water and break down the Geoflora granules a little more. I flat out love Geoflora Nutrients and cannot see me ever using anything else.

Thank you for the break down, I knew it was a great product just didn't really understand why it's so good lol .......and you are %100 correct I haven't had to use any cal/mag since the switch...like at all in the my last two grows.

I have read some other growers here add small amounts of big bloom by FF as a super boost during flower... Any thoughts on that?

I see no harm in it. Big Bloom is the only organic product that FF makes, but it really isn't much of a boost given its 0 - 0.5 - 0.7 NPK rating. It is essentially worm castings and bat guano... but a superboost? Not hardly. It is great for adding more microbes and some extra P and K, but there are lots of other products out there much more deserving of the term boost and especially super boost.

When I order online for GF, I use GardenTap which is a preferred vendor off their site. I go to our sponsors page, then click the @GeoFlora Nutrients link. On their menu, it says where to buy. Then I click GardenTap. You can also use their map to find the nearest store to you that carries it. I have done that as well. If you see the screenshot below, that was just a moment ago. They have a sale going on right now. So no code needed and you'll be saving money. Free shipping over $50 too so your super-secret card would work.
