And just like that it's a wrap on Elsa. She ended up being a perfect Scrog plant with every top bud about the length of a lighter. She ended up with less larf than I thought and even the lower buds closer to the net filled out nicely. I'm guessing she's probably going to be in the 4oz range just passed on my time using the drying box.

That leaves just Amelia left and she's not far behind. I will have plenty of pics of her over the next couple of days.

Looks nice
Thanks Keith, she turned out nice even with her burnt leaves that I gave her lol.
Takedown! Nice! Another one in the bag.😊👊

Boy does she look frosty😍
She was extra frosty lol I left a lot more leaf on her than usual because of the amount of frost. Her scissor hash was very light in color. Her smell is the most interesting part almost like orange blossom tea. My wife who thinks all weed smells the same said wow that's a pleasant smell I like that, I about fell over 😂.

Did a quick check up on things and everything seems to be running smoothly.

Amelia is just chugging to the finish line. I lowered the humidity to 50% because of how thick her buds are. She's got at least another week possibly 2 before she's ready. Senescence is setting in and her fans are yellowing. She has an odd scent, kinda sweet and burnt tire? Haha I'm really not sure I can put my finger on it. I also have not spotted evidence of bugs anywhere so that's something.

Elsa tucked into her drying box with a 2 inch flex hose hooked into the small veg tent to keep a small amount of fresh air being pulled across the buds. I added in a hydrometer just to give me an idea of temp and humidity. Shes siting around 70°F and 55%. That's the best I can get in the basement.

All looks good and I get it man, you aim for 60° and 60% as best you can and be happy with what you get so long as you put your best foot forward without spending a bunch of $$$ on one of them fancy curing refrigerator dealios out there. I have a budy that has one. Fortunately we are in a grow share between 3 local growers and we cut out an oz per grower per grow. Doing our first trade here in the next couple weeks I think anyways looks great!!!

Honestly I have a fancy moistureless double kegerator that I can set to 58° lol it's been tempting to try and rig it.

I need more friends that grow lol I would love to split my stash with a couple grow friends. I mostly give my stuff to friends and family because I can't smoke much right now, work and life stuff, so I'm going to have a serious stash built up lol. Christmas is guna be good for my people this year 😂.

I was going to do the same with my kegerator but I just sold all that stuff.
There are some diy plans out there to take a cheap fridge, 2 inkbirds, an humidifier and an exhaust and your off and running with a perfect 60°/60% cure. Would only work during the summer for me as the garage isn’t insulated enough to keep it warm enough for the fridge not to freeze up.

Could use a used deep freezer as well same way people use them as kegerators. My friend has a 5 tap one that works great lol.

Lol unfortunately I can't go too ham on it because I built it into my man cave bar. I do love a good keezer lol my buddy who i got into home brewing with was all about DIY but now he's running a small brewery and we don't brew anymore. I'm down to pretty much a kettle and 2 corny kegs lol. I much prefer growing to brewing especially with my wife being sober now, growing is a better hobby for all involved.

Here's the aftermath and an update on Amelia.

Amelia is much further along than I thought she was after looking at the trichomes on her buds. She has thrown a new batch of white pistils which I hope means she's going in for her final swell. I'm thinking she's getting taken down when her trichomes are all cloudy with little amber and that's not far off. She still smells of rubber which is weird but also interesting lol.

Flowers look like small diorama trees, how cute! Would shoot some macros of them.
Looks like you had purrfect harvest, pet your cat from me : 3
Haha he's my little grow sentinel, always watching over it. This was probably the most consistent Scrog plant for me yet. I ended with about 20 3-4" buds. I'm guessing probably 4 oz out of the 2'x2' square. Not a super heavy weight but she's pretty impressive in the trichome department.
