Hey Farmer! Don't worry about the nanner, just keep an eye out for them. Like Duggan said, 1 more GI and only 24 hours of dark. Chop plant at base right as lights come on so it doesn't start up taking water.

I can give just LSD a GI without straight water since she’s getting the axe right? :high-five:
 
Yup! Can't wait for you to get to try it! Speaking of, don't forget to take samples to help you with timing of chops and make notes for future grows, I.e. BB is at 58 days, trichs are 75 cloudy and 25 clear, the sample was too racey so you know you want to harvest later, etc...

I have a hand written journal with detailed notes, I will most definitely do that!! :high-five: I’m pumped also last week I snipped a small not much branch off Northern lights by accident, figured to hell with it I hung it in a spare closet for a few days then put it in a paper towel until it was dry trimmed it, and the wife and I had a a few bowls. Taste was amazing and the high was pretty killer also that was from a airy lower they wasn’t even close to finished

Here’s my plan with LSD. GI Thursday, lights come on at 8pm so I’ll pull her Friday at 8pm and throw her in the small tent with just the filter and exhaust fan and then chop at 8 am Saturday morning. That will be a GI feeding, 1 more lights in cycle after feeding and 24 hr dark period. This sound about right. And I will take some lowers and sample :yummy:
 
Can you give the GI 2 days before chop?
 
I’m going to give NL a little more time as she wants it. Figure 1 more straight water then TP or back to back GI’s depending on what she looks for. I did learn I have the recharge to soon. There was enough energy in the soil from flip I should’ve waited. I’ll be much better prepared for next round
 
Dang! That lil bugger was just like Waldo, once I found em, it stood right out. As long as it didn't rupture, you should be ok.

Is the dark period part of the Hi-Brix plan as well?
 
No , the dark period is to allow the plant to completely 'dump' its fluids into the soil before chop.This is general practice and not just for HB grows.cheers

I know there are a few practices people do, I was curious what the recommendation was for the kit. Gathering info before hand. Thanx!

it didn’t rupture and I washed my hands and shears with alcohol
