From Blurples To 29 DIY Cob's - Cannabeard's 1st Journal

@Pat999 - Here's a pic of a RapidLED setup I got mid July... 12x Cree DIY with their canopy substrate. Thought I'd share.
Nice looking setup! Is this your first run with them?

See of green

I'm going to clean up the wires after this pull and I move my tent, luckily I have seen worse and am not too embarrassed haha

So that is where I am at 2 weeks into the flip. Everything is starting to flower except the Critical Kush, Mk and White Shark but they're close and should b flowering within the next few days.

Thought that too, just had to throw it out there to make sure you were ok. Different angles of photos is what threw it off. Good job man.
Thanks man! I appreciate the feedback.

Since I've switched nutes the only problems I have had are letting a few get too droopy before watering and running out of space without running the 4th panel in the tent.

These cobs, the plants seem to have a hair lighter shade of green than hps or blurples.

So, what does that exactly mean? Comparable to the green you get outside? Why would that be? Hope it's not rude questions. It just doesn't seem to make any sense.

I got t5's, flourescents under that cabinet I had to hide them from potential buyers of my house that are greener. If they push the same light spectrum, why would it be any different? I hope it doesn't seem like I'm talking down. Just do not understand it. I haven't put one led up yet, so what the heck do I know lol.

My guess is that the spectrums lack IR or something to that affect. It doesn't seem to impact growth or end results so it's never worried me personally.

I will get some out of tent shots though to show true colours of my plants tonight.

Yea, but if you look at the spectrum of an hps (I don't have a photo on hand), I don't think they have very much if not less Ir than the cobs.

Everything is a nice healthy green as far as I can tell. Took pictures at lights out so my cobs weren't interfering with the colour perception.

The last few plants are basically flowering now also so from now out I'll be switching to bloom nutes.

I flushed the West Coast OG auto, I wanted to give it another week of nutes but I don't want to overshoot and it's already about 10% amber. I got the run off down to 200ppm so it will be leeching off itself something fierce.

I received some good news today, I've been approved for 4g/day and then was told it will be doubled to 8g/day (39) plants for my personal production license.

I would have been stoked to legally be allowed to grow 20, but I'm not complaining about an extra 19 because that way I don't have to stress about my mother's counting towards the ones I'm flowering when I'm growing 8 different strains.
