The stretch formula is the same as early flower since there are only two sets of numbers for flower.

Don't worry about retail brother, keep working hard and hopefully you will get the manager job soon.
Keep in mind the projected labor is written for a year out in advance, expensive, shrink all come into play when running retail..
I was store manager for whole foods for 20 yrs. Just because you have short term increases on sales increase depending when holidays hit doesn't mean the company is handing out pay raises to everyone.
Keep in mind the biggest controllable expense is managing payroll and keep shrink down.

I agree brother I agree but she's a stubborn little cunt... I want to see if I ain't got another pH test meter if I do check it out I'd like to see where pH is setting at just in case but I could do a slurry test I think I got enough distilled water. Question is is my fucking meter calibrated I hate those fucking things...

Honest to me it looks like taco but why ain't the others that's what I don't get temperature ain't never been no higher than 81° fan always blowing top and underneath humidity is always been at 50 no higher than 65.

I am about ready to take my humidifier out of there ain't no need for it with the humidity at that level. Especially for flower I love lower humidity it builds my trichomes and yes I have proven that to myself I've done with her humidity and lower they seem to like around 25 to 30% to get really caked..

I fed them a couple liters of water last night with the stretch formula.
