Looking so good, LA! I like the LA logo and stats on your pics. :thumb:

Just curious if you have any specific tips on fluxing autos? Like when to start letting them grow up and where to situate the branches during the process? Which ones should be taken back to the center?

My NL#4 is getting ready to start flowering mode, but based on my experience of the first two NLs, they like to stretch up quite a bit when initially going into flower. Should I hold out for a while longer before letting her stretch vertically?

Just discovered this cool thread! Very clear pics! thanks for that!
Just for my info, it's been approx 6/5 weeks since germination to get to this ? (approx 1 month after topping?)
It's pretty nice already, but I feel that it is just a begining :-)

OK so fluxing autos is all about the timing of the 2 last toppings at the main flux arm ends! This has to be done in time for the new branches to form up properly on each end.
Once that's done its just about mapping out your base. For middle in fill use any you want, just think ahead of where it will end up with the next growth phase and place to fit :)
If she's going to stretch in your opinion then also understand even an auto will stretch less when all sites are totally level :)
So I'd maybe start getting her set for vert! I'll pop over to yours whilst a quiet point in work tomoz to take a look :)

Okay, thanks so much. I didn't know about another topping. Seems like I'll need to do that soon, but not sure. I'll put some current pics up on my journal for when you get a chance to pop in. Much appreciated!

Thanks light addict! yes, around July 27 2016 (your vid posted on page 3 of this grow journal, lol ;-) ).

How long do you think it will take until the end or until you switch to flowering? I think have read somewhere you were expecting 10/11 months in total ? (but can't find it anymore so may be i was confused with something else). Just trying to know if I can plan something similar next year :)

She was topped very end of July, she wasn't straight to flux from seed, she had a life prior as a donor plant for my grafting project! Yeah though this is just the beginning! Were going BIG :)

Welcome grow therapy! :)

OK folks, I'm bord stupid with my grow at the moment, so im gonna have to mix some stuff up asap! :)

I'll start a cpl more plants off for experimentation, I've plans to graft the same plant to itself to create a closed loop plant! (Thanks Dirt for the idea)
Then I've plans to see if I can change up SOG growing, through a new training style. I'm also thinking of a cpl more multi strain bud sculptures!
Yet I could do with some more ideas for messing with, so please folks any daft ideas?

I do like the closed loop idea. So if you want to elaborate on that then you could take two seperate plants and graft them together at one spot. So them you would have two pots, two plants joined at the hip like conjoined twins. You could make an endless chain of plants. One monster. Hell if you had the room I would say do four and have a closed 4 plant loop.

I'll have a smoke and a thinking session a little later. Hmmmm....

Nismo lol space is my one problem! Also I keep starting big plants or experiments and forget I want to move house after the big DeathStar build is done! This flux will be moved in a big cardboard box when the time actually comes to move!
Yet 4 plants looped sounds interesting as then I could tie this in with producing my first bit of furniture, use the loop part as an outer framework for the base of a nice recliner??? See!!! I can't help myself and I really do have to move for more space ASAP!!!

Ahhh!!!!!!! I need room to play proper!!!!!

The Siamese Twin Project... I am ready to see this!:thumb:

You could also do a small flux 4, 8, or more let them turn up and stretch out a bit then see if you could graft them all together further up. Then you could end up with a funky vase shaped plant. I got all kinds of crazy images in my head right now....:passitleft:

Love all the projects and knowledge you share with us Light Addict :thumb:

hi Light Addict,
thx for welcoming

i've got a question since you work withe the budmaster. what kind of growtent is optimal for budmaster god 8?
i was thinking a 2x4 tent or should i go bigger like 4x4 cuz the one i have now cant hold the weight of the god 8. so ill be using that as my vegroom for my cob-x.

btw will be trying some fluxxing tomorrow for the first time.
