Its daft, I feel like I need to pinch myself constantly lol. I'd given up all hope to be honest. My personal situation just threw a big old spanner in the works! I had no reason to think such a big company would ever come back to me saying they're happy to fit around me??? Just bonkers, but very cool :)
I actually just got another email off, well off my new boss I suppose lol. I had a heart attack immediately thinking he's changed his mind or it was all some sort of mix up lol. Luckily nope, just being given more contacts :) you might of heard my sigh of relief :)

I'm now of for a patrol at work and a nice fat spliff to go with it :)

Well a little update is due me thinks! Not much going on to be honest as its just readjusting ties every other day. Apart from that stuff all. :)

Oh and Dr my pal, my first articles :) Grafting for one and then a piece on the future of lighting etc. After that ??? I can kind of just write whatever I think there's an angle or interest in. I'm m lucky to be given so much freedom to be honest. Its all proper exciting for me now knowing I've got a fairly free hand :)

Ultra :) many thanks my friend! As for meeting up, hell yes! :) I honestly intend to try and visit and catch up with as many 420 folks as is possible once over there! I would say you'd need to bring the weed as I'll be a tourist, but with me new job I don't think that'll be an issue! :)

Nismo :) I've no idea on final pot size to be honest, I tend to enjoy squeezing the most out of a small root zone as find it more of a challenge and a good measure of my skill level. That last big 20 oz + flux was only in a 5 gal pot.
This one I'll do like I did my DeathStar plant and drop this cloth pot in some cheap plastic storage tub/tray. So going by that I reckon no more than 8-9 gal, shooting for well over 50 oz! :)
 
Congratulations LA! You are living the dream Nis and I dream about daily. How cool would it be to grow your own product to sell in your own dispensary? Your dream may vary from ours a bit, but growing marijuana is all we want to do. Maybe one day when it's our turn, we will be blessed with an offer we can't refuse.

Seriously though, that's sooo cooool! Will you be able to stay on the 420 mag?
 
Oh and nismo, many thanks on the making it look simple compliment. (Just done it a few times now :) ) Once you have a cpl under your belt you can pretty much flux plants on auto pilot. As long as your adjusting ties every other day minimum, your gonna be fine, then the bonus of being able to just chuck a flux anywhere and forget it during first part of veg :).

Thanks indeedie! Yeah its been a few years in the making and I've been very lucky in the people I've been introduced to in the industry. 420 Magazine is why its all happened for me! Winning titles and putting out constant content goes a long way! People should understand, 420 mag gets the most traffic of all the MJ forums! Its the most respected by many! So when you journal on here you do get respect from folks within the industry.
That said having fluxing fall into my lap ,as it were hasn't hurt either! :) My number one tip to get noticed is keep up your presence on here and also go along to any expos you can! Then keep going back each year! The canna industry is a pretty small family to be honest, the same companies and faces show up at each show, so go along chat, show your work and once people notice your not there to score free stuff. That you keep returning, then they start to take you seriously!
Yet I'll stress again 420 has been the BIG part of this happening for myself. :)

As for staying on here at 420....? Heck this place is home and I've got a lot to pay back to this community still in my eyes, so yep, I hope its OK lol. Nah from my new job side there's no issue! Also I'm never gonna be talking about me job on here really, I certainly won't be pushing any products or services on here lol. All that I'll be writing will be solely from my own experience or first hand research in the real world, I don't research anything on the web, never have since starting, I just try it, then find out what works what doesn't :)
I'll just plod along on here doing my home grow personal thing :) So I hope 420 are going to be fine with it all and leave me be :)
 
So is this monster flux going to be in a suitcase to the states or will you be just "visiting". I would love to see the look of a TSA agent seeing it go through scanners lol.
 
Ha lol, it'll be a while yet for a visit but when I do it'll be for a good cpl of months I'd imagine. Although I'm gonna start getting stuff organised etc for the actual fulltime relocation! I'm dying to fly freely as it were lol.
 
I'm SO happy for you my friend! You've got a helluva beautiful road in front of you. I can't think of anyone more deserving. When I was a new member you always treated me with respect and dignity. That doesn't always happen.

I will be here cheering for you the entire journey my friend!
