First time grower, Bloombox, what do you experts think?

It looks like heat stress I'm sorry I use my Cfl's for vegging and don't even move the light until they grow into it. I use several 65w LOA Cfl with no problems do you have a fan blowing in your veg area? Again sorry I always have a fan blowing to move the plant's for thicker stems.

What's the ph of the solution you use to water her? Since she is in soil, the ph of the solution should be around 6.5.

I actually sold the box. I didn't like the height restrictions. Lol! I just wanna grow some monsters. ;-)

Cigo, Nycal, Bubba & Pan, thanks to you all for confirming my suspicion and I feel great that I ended up doing the right thing. I moved mama about a foot away from the light last night and that seems just about right. No more burn and mama seems to have grown a bit, yeah baby!

Pan, trust me when I say I appreciate your advice and as evidenced by your success, I trust it without a doubt. It is all good bro! :allgood:

Ms. Fox, the ph I used to water her is at 5.6, the same as the hydro. Next time I water though, it will be around 6.5 and thank you for the advice as well! +rep to you for teaching me something new today!

I have a feeling I'm not gonna like the height restrictions either, but stealth is a priority for me at this point. Something tells me I'm gonna get good at bending these girls every which way! :smokin:

:thanks: to all once again!

No problems, no hurry!

I'm stoked. I'm changing out nutes tomorrow for the beginning of week 3 in flower. Also starting the CO2 up as well.

The seeds I got are supposed to be 100% feminized and so far I'm not seeing anything that would make me think I got otherwise. Typically how far along in the flower cycle does it become obvious you've either got a male for female?

:thanks:

it could be just a few days to a few weeks ive read about plants showing there sex b4 they even hit flowering. you should e able to tell now throw up some pics.

With the coco, if you are watering like a hydro (2-3 times a day) your PH should be between 6.0-6.5. If you are watering it like soil (2-3 days) the PH should be between 6.5-6.7..... You also need to add cal/mag.

Ok, so here's some photos of the beginning of week three in flowering. I have also added CO2 to the mix...

White Widow

Things are really starting to get crowded in there, plants overlapping and such. Considering i'm growing in hydro, is it OK to trim off the fan leaves at the bottom, or even up a little more? I'd really like to turn those t5's on at the bottom of the chamber, but don't want any vegetation touching them.

Where is it exactly, I should be looking for these white hairs to confirm females? I've looked all over and haven't seen any nuts or balls so think I'm OK so far as males are concerned.

Enjoy the photos! :smokin:

Any other comments or suggestions are most welcome!

:thanks:

:yummy:

I've got some photos that I took tonight after the light went out in the flowering chamber. I'm still tryin' to figure out if these indeed are males or females. So far, I don't think I've seen anything that looks male to me. What do you all think?

Male? Female? Or can't tell?

Also, what about trimming up some of the fan leaves on these things? Yeah or neah? There are really starting to block out the light to the lower areas!

:thanks:
