I've checked with a magnifying glass for the trich things and they are all clear/transparent. The smell is starting to become overwhelming but in a good way. I wonder how much longer they will take before they start changing to milky.

With autos, what's the best ration milky / amber?

You need to see some amber before harvest otherwise you won't be able to understand how many days you have left without seeing any. After spotting some amber watch closely. Amber trichs are not good for anything in my opinion. You need to experience the characteristic high for every strain and amber trichs are decreasing these unique effects by degrading it to a couchlock effect. Some people say that the more milky and clear means more potency. I totally agree with that. I flush when I spot %5 amber and after 1-2 days I turn the lights off for 48 hours. After that I cut my plants down.

I'm loving this year so far. The clones are now on day 14, counting from when I cut them. All 12 seem to have made it. The first picture is of the 3 first girls that made it and the next picture is of all 12.

I think I should have maybe taken off an extra leave or two from some of them but they'll survive and they've all got roots so yay!

Although the critical clones seem to be going well and the mother plant is still in veg and growing, I do think I royally screwed my second generation. For the sake of experience I will continue but I am not expecting big things from these girls. I left them dry at a crucial time and I should have transplanted them sooner.

However, as this is an experiment I want to share with you all the strange developments. Check out these pictures of 4 Blueberry Kush seeds, sprouted and planted on the same day. The difference in height is incredible. The shortest one is 38cm/15in and the tallest one is 120cm/47in. Ridiculous! I think it's interesting how they didn't bush out at all, compared to my other plants. They are now on day 50 and the shortest 2 don't seem to be growing anymore. They've started flowering and who knows, I might try making edilbles with them. Oh well, at least I'm learning and they didn't die.

And here are my other generation 2 girls. Both are pineapple express auto from Barney Farm. I experimented with the one on the left and topped it too late, I think. It probably stunted its growth. But they seems to be doing ok, generally speaking.

I'm a little bit puzzled by the one on the right, which has leaves pointing downwards at the top of the plant, and leaves pointing upward at the bottom of the plant... Anyone know if I should take corrective actions? @Pennywise ? *Thank you friend*

That could be your light being to close. They leaves at the top are drooping away from the light.

omg thank your for saying that Penny! I was really weirded out by them but obviously I'm a total novice and wouldn't presume anything. They're from Nirvana supposedly. Blueberry Kush Autos. I've decided that with the next run I'll do photo. I'd rather go with the "purer" versions.

Looks like very different phenos, but Nirvana is known for solid genetics
