First Time Grow - Looking Good But What Do I Know

Yeah this is the first time I've grown and tried to apply what I have read. I made a mistake I think with topping up too high. Don't know how it will turn out looks like I'll have 6 top branches really close together

Go for it. Remember the longer you veg the better your roots and the bigger your plant. I experimented with 10 white widow once although more would be needed for a proper test as I did have different phenotypes.
1 extra week of veg makes a huge difference.
If you do find one is male place a bin bag over it and remove from your females. Try not to disturb anything. After moving your males make sure you wash your clothing and have a shower. Don't let males in your grow room.
Don't worry about topping to high. Everyone's done it and plants have a way of repairing them selves.

So this is day 30 looks like it will be a crowded top.

Lol Howell now to figure out what to do
Im contemplating removing one of the two new tops one is sizeably smaller. That might help. I'm open to any suggestions

Only topping. (See youtube.)
This will control your height. Leaves are needed to feed your buds. Only remove a leaf if there is a chance it could get diseased. Even if you get a nutrient deficiency you should not remove leaves.

You don't think it will veg out too much and block light? Maybe it will just turn into one big soda bottle bud lol

If your good for height go for it, but a big bud gets mould easier than two small ones. So topping can benefit by protecting your crop. Make sure you watch a few videos on how to do it. If you get it wrong, sometimes you don't know until much later.

You cray cray man.. never and I mean NEVER remove your leaves. Think of it this way, those leaves are needed for collecting light which is then transformed into energy. Removing it's leaves means you're stealing the energy it needs to recover from all the topping you've done and those you're gonna do. The simplest solution is to tuck them down (without breaking anything) and maybe tape some down also. Also try to spread the plant horizontally to get as much light as possible and your new tops will thank you.

If you think it is fit for flip and not too small or too big, then go for it. After flip it's gonna be monstrous. Imagine this: whatever height you got now over there, after flip and stretch for 3 weeks its gonna be 2-3 times taller than it is right now.
