First Time Grow - Blue Dream - Skywalker - Alien Dawg - Platinum Bubba Kush

Also anyone using Fox Farm Trio nutes (Grow Big, Big Bloom, Tiger Bloom) have a good schedule?, I checked what you posted KingJohn on it but I think for my situation I need something different. I am at week 6 of Veg, tallest one being 16 inches, there last feeding was ph'd water only so this one I was thinking Big Bloom, Tiger Bloom but don't I need to flush at some point with this Bush Doctor?, especially before I start to flower? I may be wrong but again any help would be great.
I am rdy to flower but don't wanna rush if it lessens yield or quality. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Flushing is great, just make sure you flush, then rinse the medium a few hours later, the bush doctor can burn the roots. Also, you should not feed immediately after a flush, so flush, then let the medium dry out, then feed. I think the cupping of the leaves may be a root problem, do you see roots sticking out of the holes in the pots?

In reference to flushing, should I do 1 gal of ph'd 6.5 water for each plant? I have yet to actually do a full flush. Again thank you
 
Ok checked them again and looks like all the plants leaves are starting to droop and yes you guessed it "PANIC" is setting in :(

I ll take pics here shortly. Also on some plants I can see the roots, others I cannot.
 
Ok simply flush a real good amount I go for 3-4 times what id give em on a good watering. On pot size the bigger the better. Its just dependant on your space.

Thank you for helping Light, by the way my tent is 8"x4"x7" so I need to make sure that obviously the plant doesn't out grow tent. So waiting till 2 1/2ft before I flower.

Hopefully with doing this first time flush at 5 weeks that all will be well.
 
Took them outside so I could flush, spent maybe 30mins outside.

Not gonna lie, I am a bit worried with doing this flush. I did about a gal of ph'd water per plant. I mean I saw the run off but maybe think more should of came out. Them girls were heavy when I totted them back in the garage.

1. So if I am just that worried should I go buy a 7gal pot and transplant? I still have 4 bags of FFOF left.
2. Chill Pill ;) ;) ;) ;) <---- no brainer
3. leave them alone for a few days and let them dry out?

Ok that's it for now. Going to monitor forum for feed back and search for some answers. I cannot thank you guys enough for the help.
 
Do I really need a ppm soil meter? Its a bit expensive but hell if its really worth it I guess I am game. Anyone use one? maybe recommend one. Thanks
 
your 5.9 gallon pots are large enough for you to flower in. when i am flowering i feed my plants 1 gallon of nutrient mixture every 3-4 days in a 5 gallon pot. it sounds like flushing was the correct course of action. when you go to flower flush your pots again, let the pots dry out and at the next watering introduce your flowering nutrients. now that you have flushed your plants you want to let your pots dry out for a few days then at the next watering re introduce nutrients. to flush your plants you need to pass at least twice the volume of the pot in pH adjusted water through them.
