First Serious Grow & First Time Growing Autos

I need answers from my good growers friends I watered my babies earlier today and these were the Ph results

Ph Keshia (Auto Super OG)
4.5
Ph Candy (Auto Special Kush #1) 5.8

Are those levels good or bad?

Should I Start Feeding maybe?

And if those PHs are not right is it stunting or slowing my autos growth ?

The water I watered them with tested 8.5

Soil Fox Farm Ocean Crest &
Lambert All Purpose Organic Potting Mix(Mixed together)

Help Please!

Any pics? How many days from seed?

Ph for soil should be 6.4 to 6.8 and soiless or hydro aim for 5.8 to 6.2. Try to get it around there and it'll help with a lot of things

Is that the pH from the runoff? I was told the way to test the pH of soil was to take a few tablespoons and soak them in 8 ounces of distilled water for at least 3 hours, and then take the pH of the water.

Yes that's the PH level from the run off, I will run the soil PH test then I'll stop by Giant when I come from the basketball court thanks

Yea Sheds method is good then adjust ph by watering in at a higher or lower value

DAY 14 Update
Overall I think there growing slow you guys tell me what you think

Is it almost time to start feeding them nutes yet?

It would be great if you could include how old they are every time you post pics. I had to go back and look to see when they sprouted (don't make me work that hard!) and if they're 10 days old in FFOF then you don't need any nutes for at least another 10-14 days, and some folks don't nute at all until close to flower with that soil.

I use Dr Earth Pot of Gold and I start 1/4 strength nutes after 18 days or so.

Yea what Shed said .

FFOF is pretty hot from what I know about it, probably worth holding off a bit!

No run off for the special Kush

Haven't used any nutes yet

Light still 36' high

Light Cycle: 19/5

Temperature:79.1

Humidity:48%

Finally did the Ph Test

Results are

Super OG Auto 6.0Ph
Auto Special Kush 5.6Ph

Thanks for all the help, tips, input and advice
You guys have been giving me

Looking good :thumb: Put an oscillating fan on them to get the stems vibrating...it will thicken them up and make them stronger from the stress. You can raise the RH in veg if possible but you're good for flower. Keep your watering/nutes in the 6.5 pH range as your soil seems low.

Also, we all know what you mean, but " is inches and ' is feet! The shift key is your friend ;)

You want your soil closer to 6.8, that's the honey hole.
They look good, and you can start some LST if you'd like.

Benefits being more tops get sunlight, equaling more bud. I just pulled 228g off of an 8" plant bc of LST.
Shed has the early LST down, with his little rocks.

Basically you get to manipulate the shape, to maximize light penetration

Blueberry autoflower grown outside: 150+ grams dried! (760g at harvest without stems):

I don't think I will ever grow a plant upwards!

Not only light penetration, but spreading the auxins across all tops by convincing the plant it doesn't have any top.

At this point the only LST is to bend the plant so that it grows sideways. I've not done that, but I've seen it work to great effect. The one that I've done is to top the plant after the 3rd node and train the branches to grow out to the side of the pot. You end up with 4 main COLAs. You are a couple of weeks away from that. Plenty of time. Be patient and just remember this is much more about developing roots at this stage of the game. I foliar feed at this point probably for something to do more than anything else.

Why did you mix two different potting mixes together?

I didn't have enough FF soil for both pots and Foliar feeding I'm a rookies so excuse my lack of knowledge I thought you wasn't suppose to get the plants wet so those spots won't show up

Use a mister and PH the water, but don't do it if you have a concern. Not worth stressing over. Again, most of the important stuff is happening with the roots.
