Re: First Planting - Blueberry, Purgatory, Kushberry - Indoor Organic Soil - LED & HP
Kushberry Plants #1-#3:
Kushberry Plant #3 begins Vegetative Week #3; it has been topped once at the third node.
Kushberry Plant #2 at the beginning of Week #3 since being planted as a seed; this plant has been pruned for mainlining and topped at the third node.
The furthest along of the Kushberry Strain: Kushberry Plant #1, one of my stunted, nutrient-burned monsters is almost halfway through Vegetative Week 6; it was roughly the same size as the other plants last week, until the leaves finally started swelling to be substantially larger than the previous set.
Blueberry Plants #1-#3:
Blueberry Plant #3 is beginning Vegetative Week #3 and looks healthy, post-topping.
Blueberry Plant #2 is going strong after being pruned for mainlining; I really like the symmetry of this growing style, and I will be pursuing it as my favorite way to grow so far given its ease of organization.
Blueberry Plant #1 is doing very well after Low Stress Training; I've trimmed the older, nutrient-burnt leaves and a few days after doing so the plant grew much larger. This is one of the two plants from this tent that haven't been mainlined.
Here's the family photo from JC Penny's.
The Mothership
Today I administered Neem oil as a watering mixture and foliar spray to gain the upper hand against some fungus gnats who decided to show up; they arrived around the time that I began using my Great White Mycorrhizae. I've done the same thing in my Bloom Room and Afghani Clone Journals and all of the gnats do seem to be dying down. I haven't seen any inclination that the plants are suffering from the gnats being there so far, and I believe that my watering with two doses of Neem Oil will subside this invasion before any damage is done. I will be drying out all of my plants' pots for a few days after the Neem administration.
Beyond that, everything has been growing quite substantially; the older plants who had been stunted are now booming, and the new plants seem to be coming up perfectly. I haven't seen any sign of a deficiency or a symptom of any known disease yet. I am only dealing with the fungus gnats. I love how fast the plants decide to grow larger leaves; it is a pleasure to watch them grow this successfully so far. This coming week I'll be dosing these guys with Hi-Brix Molasses, as well as starting the Low Stress Training of the mainlined plants to begin their strengthening process. Thank you everyone for your support!
Sounds like your doctor is pretty damn cool either that or the universe is telling you your on the right track for growing. Both sounds awesome to me haha.
Growing professionally sounds cool, I'd like to do someone with the genetic side of this. I'm realizing with each grow that I'm more of a autoflower person. I'd like to create a auto with a life span of 65-70 days, awesome yields that are guaranteed with the right set up you know?
Wow, that blueberry is coming along nicely! Great picture.

I agree entirely, and so far I've been taking both the good progress and interactions as a sign that I've chosen a hobby to pursue correctly. I think that would be cool to dive into the genetics side of what we do; it would be nice to have a selective breeding system to find a perfect plant. When 2018 rolls around I will be one of the first applicants for my cultivation and breeding licenses, or at least I'll try to be first in line (I know it may be a popular idea). Thanks! Blueberry #1 is one of my champions so far.
