First Grow

So a quick update, some plants are still showing signs of nute lock out. Not just in old growth but continuing upward. So I took the five worst offenders and flushed them. Hopefully this works, it's saddening to see the girls sick!

Also noticed that one of my ice plants is growing some crazy leaves. Just keeps growing?

FYI this plant is not that light green as it appears. Light in that corner is very bright.

So here's a quick update.most plants are doing fine. Some still showing the scars of over feeding or feeding too early. Definitely looks like I will have six contenders for flower room.

Sweet! got to go give a fellow Mainer reps for that :cheesygrinsmiley:

I tried fim but missed! Lol. I have been doing a little lst as well. These plants are so bushy it's hard to find string to untie them! Looks like a few will have lots of shoots to fill scrog.

how close is your light? that looks like a combo of nute and light burn

If you are using MG soil you are feeding... it is way too much for some strains

Roots organic 707, been fine until a few days ago. I moved lights up.

I clipped this, the important part is red. Some strains are not tolerant at this age to stuff like this

"Miracle-Gro seed starting potting mix
Lightweight premium mix excellent for germinating vegetable, flower and herb seeds
Specially formulated for fast root development
Feeds instantly with Miracle-Gro plant food to help build strong roots
Enriched with MicroMax nutrients for hearty, vigorous plants"

I'm confused what does this have to do with my situation? I'm not using mg.

:scratchinghead: ... in your second post you wrote "I used mg starter mix in cups and coco in tray." ?

edit -- so I looked up your soil

"Ingredients: Coarse peat, coco fiber, compost, perlite, pumice, worm castings, bat guano, fish bone meal, soybean meal, feather meal and kelp meal."

... again that is a big slam for some little plants

Only one of these was started in mg. the other two were started in coco. Surely the one has out grown the mg. since all three have same issue it doesn't seem mg is the problem. I did however find the mg to stunt their growth considerably. Even the ice plant that was started in mg has got past it.
