First Grow White Widow Auto Flower Feminized Soil

Good afternoon everyone,

ladies are at 5 days and a half mark. Thanks to Roaming Stoner I adjusted my PH to 6.77. Right away I’m noticing growth on one of the plants leafs. One plant still has the shell on it. I misted it with water twice to help it shed. Temperature at 25.5 C( 77F) , humidity dropped in my tent by about 7 % from 65% to 58%. Didn’t change the settings on humidifier or heater. It’s a bit hotter so humidity dropped. Will increase humidity setting on humidifier to compensate. Increased the misting on the plants. Did about 10 mists then smoked joint and then misted each 5 times. I want to add more soil to the pots. Does anyone recommend not to ?

Alright guys officially six days old. Temperature at 25.9 C (78.62 F). Humidity was 52%, still not where I want it. Increased setting on humidifier even more. Gave them light misting of water PH 6.77. Will add layer of soil tonight.

Hey,

That looks amazing. I can’t wait for my ladies to flower.
Me too, it's super exciting such a cool learning experience these little plants are like ultra rapid growing bonsai trees, I love getting home and seeing the growth every day especially in flower getting like 1-2 inches of growth like every day is crazy.

Maybe I’ll install grow camera for next grow haha.

Hey guys,

The plants are 7 days old now. I didn’t wake up to my alarm to turn the lights off this morning, thank god they are auto. I gave all the plants a layer of soil, misted them 5-6 times then turned off the light. Will be receiving the timer outlet today so I don’t need to keep doing it manually. Will post pictures in evening.

Hey guys,

we passed the eight day mark an hour ago. Humidity at 61% and temperature at 24.9 C (76.82 F). Top layer of soil is dry so misted it with 5-7 sprays , waited 10 minutes while I smoked my joint then gave the plants 5 more mists. PH of water is at 6.77 and PPM 196. Using filtered water with PH Down added. Not noticing a lot of change on top. Hopefully this means the roots are developing. One plant still has the seed on it. Misted it directly three times. I got my timer outlet switches today. Will hook it up tonight. I’m going to set it so the lights go out at 3 AM and back on for 9 AM. This way I can mist them in morning when I wake up and again around midnight.Researching other LED lights that I can add to my setup

I got this light based on someone's recommendation in these forums and it seemed to work well for my grow (got 2). They pull 220watts from the wall and won't break the budget. ONEO Led Grow Light 1000W Full Spectrum

Hey guys,
We are at the 9 day mark. Great news. My best friend bought me an extra LED light as an early birthday gift. It’s same exact model as mine. I also gave all the ladies extra watering today. I’m worried I’m not giving them enough water. According to Emilya, I’m suppose to water the plants to soak the soil three times the height of the plant. Definitely not doing that. Will see how the new light affects them. Have one plant bending towards the light and one with shell still on. I also hooked the light to a timer outlet. I set it so lights out at 3 AM and lights on at 9 AM. This way I’ll water them when I wake up and around midnight

Good afternoon everyone,

we are at 9 days and a half. No significant change that I’m noticing. Been watering heavier lately and haven’t noticed any over watering signs. Will continue watering heavier twice a day. Maybe doing about 15-20 squirts of water. Humidity at 63%. The new light hasn’t changed temperature much. We are at 78.62 F (25.9 C). Been researching IR Thermometers if anyone can recommend any on Amazon. Haven’t had chance to pick up another fan. Will grab an oscillating fan tomorrow. I just have one at the moment aimed above the pots. Had a small clip on one that stopped working on first day from Walmart. My timer outlet is working perfectly as well. Now I can get better sleep. One plant still hasn’t shed the seed yet. Been watering the seed directly with 2-3 mists with every watering but it’s still struggling to shed it.

Hey guys,

We have passed the 11 day mark now. Humidity was low at 44%. Humidifier ran out of water while I was at work and temperature a bit higher at 26.3 C ( 79.34 F). Misted the plants with double the normal amount I give them. They seem to like the extra water. Will keep doing this for a week then increase again if needed. Still one plant not shedding the seed. Noticed some growth on two of them. Might add another of soil soon.

hey they are starting to look great but I would recommend you try to start watering the plants by giving a little bit of water around the plant but not the whole pot as you are in final containers, I would say feel the weight till you know they dried up but that may be hard try sticking a pinky in every day or 2 see if it has dried. Doing this promotes the roots growth by making them go to find water further out. I think the best guide to watering is done by @Emilya and you can find it here

Hey,

I have read her guide and been following it. I’m just not lifting the pots to check at the moment. Don’t want to disturb the plants. I do have a moisture sensor but it’s not helpful yet because I’m only watering with spray bottle twice a day for now.

I just felt your spraying them is giving the plant enough water through its leaves that she may not want to push roots to find water but I actually don't know, just my instinct

You should try and work that helmet off that seedling. I work mine off right after they break soil if not off. Spray with water and slide it off.

Happy frog does not have enough perlite in it right from the bag. I would recommend next grow to add more if you are only using Happy frog. I have better growth when mixing ocean forest with it and also more perlite.

Looking good!
