So funny, I placed this cup of water in my veg box last night to raise the humidity. Instead, it caught all the gnats lol sweet

Feel very lucky, both my month old seedlings showed today that they are females. They were bag seeds so it was a total gamble. Phew!

Wow man that bag seed looks great! I've got two mystery plants going on my first grow too. You are about a month ahead of me so I'll be following along making sure i know what's coming next. Awesome pics too!

Hey there Happy, most indoor bag seeds are female, usually from a female that hermied. Outdoor weed it is more of a gamble could have picked up a piece of pollen from miles away.

Lookin' good! I'm still in the "wait and see" phase with my bagseed. One has been vegging for 37 days and I still don't see any sex organs. Hopefully soon!

I was thinking the same thing, but decided to err on the side of patience. I've got two "ladies" going and the smaller one is about 9 days behind the larger one. I'm gonna try to wait it out for another 5-7 days to let her catch up a bit, then give 'em the flip.

Decided to top my seedlings to let them veg a bit longer. Baby Ak getting a couple of nodes.

This veg box does so surprisingly well. It gets to 95+ degrees in there at night and they still seem to be doing fine! Topped both seedlings because I have no space in my flower area, so they need to hang in here for a while. Will top baby AK in about a week.

The gnat war is still a daily battle…
Has anyone covered the top two inches of soil with sand? If so, does watering and giving nutrients still work the same way?

Look how tall the seedling has become after transplant to juice box. Pistols on these ladies are 1 week into development.
