Ok so in a way he is right and another he is wrong
I wouldn't recommend attempting pollination unless you have a completely separate area to do so, I wouldn't do it anywhere near my flower tent while there are other plants flowering
Yes males will continue to drop pollination all the way throughout flower but not till they die, I have successfully revegged a male and as soon as they are back in a comfortable veg state they will not drop pollen. A pollinated female will not pollinate other plants if cleaned afterwards, basically what you need to do is pollinate it elsewhere (for me I use a separate tent, air exhaust has a carbon filter to stop pollen escaping tent), wait a day or 2 for the females pistils to turn or recess which indicates they have been successfully pollinated, after this it is safe to spray down that female with water which will kill off any excess active pollen and stop the spread to any other plants, will be safe after this to move into the flower tent
I would also recommend limiting the airflow through the tent while you have a male in there, will stop the pollen from lingering in the air as much, I don't run any fans in my pollen tent apart from the exhaust
If you plan on using your tent for the process you will need to give it a good clean afterwards, as I said earlier water kills the pollen so give it a good spray down and scrub and shouldn't have any future issues, I usually do it with water first and then give it a hit with soapy water after
