Now that's a root mass I counted like 6 tap roots that's nuts I get big root mass but yours are HUGE
 
Thanks mate :) yeah they love it in these DWC's with all that air, some of the taproots are thicker than the holes in the netpot lid :rofl: Absolutely loving the Root stuff I'm using now, Rock Supercharge, everything stays nice and balanced in the reservoirs and they love the stuff, bought a 5L jug of it the other day that's how happy I am with it hehe :thumb: I didn't really see any benefit to running the Great White in the DWC's, maybe if I was just constantly adjusting the reservoirs and not changing them out every feed it might be different but for now its just for soil and maybe coco ;)

Yeah I don't have the NBN yet either, got the box out the front of my house, on my property but according to Telstra I cant get it yet :rofl: Problem is with the NBN is the plans that you see them all offering is no faster than our current ADSL, you have to pay extra for speed ;)

That White jack always looks good here.. I was starting to think I got enough seeds for a while, then one of your White Jacks pops up.... One day, I'll get a seed or 2 and try it....
I reckon your pics are awesome. You DEFO know how to shoot cannabis.. And you grow such photgenic plants, which helps!!
I reckon it's just that you use full res/max size on your camera??? Big files will always be a pain if you haven't got the bandwidth.. Which I (and grnwzd) obviously don't. Especially trying to load 50 such pics!!!! Even jpegs from a basic camera are gonna be huge amounts of data if you use say a 20MP camera...
So; not your fault; shitty Aussie internet network is to blame...
And my local exchange is old and busy. I've got cable-broadband and it's still pretty sluggish here at certain times. Plus I suspect that the telcos are throttling down to force people to change over to the NBN.... Cos I never had this much of a problem with your pics a year ago....
 
Thanks mate :) Yeah I'm hanging to get the white jack back into flower again, I'm actually smoking the one that I seeded and has to be some of the best smoke ive had in ages :thumb:
I think the photos I'm taking now are a lot bigger than the ones I was taking a year ago, ive maxxed out resolution, only using a phone for pics ;) once I have the pics I use a screenshot program on my PC to crop them and bring the size down a bit, takes me forever to load them here too, takes even longer to upload them :rofl:

So Feral, how do you breed stable plants? Start with stable males and females? Well all females are stable basically. I do have some white widow male seeds, those seeds were a birthday present from Cannoseuras!

Exactly, you want to start with stable parents, they need to be stress tested for hermies etc :thumb: All females are not stable, especially feminised versions, the widow seeds you have will be regular so will have true females and males to sort through ;)
One thing id like to touch on though, stability means different things to different people, when I talk stability I'm actually meaning a strain that produces no hermies, could be multiple phenotypes within the strain ;) Most people think stability is producing identical plants which to me is "Uniformity" within a strain not stability, the work involved to produce a phenotype in seed form means inbreeding within the strain to lock out any unwanted traits thus producing a more hermy prone strain, losing its stability :thumb:

Only down side is that i'm only allowed to have 5 female plants. male plants are hemp plants so they are allowed but when they know you're using it for breeding then you can get a fine. Or even worse I don't know. So, 5 plants and 1 male so that really takes a long time but hey I'm not going anywhere.
 
You will still end up with some awesome beans to play with :thumb: just without selection it may not be as good as it could be, when they are for yourself and friends it really doesn't matter anyways :) who knows, you could find a spectacular male first time round, its all luck on what each seed is going to produce :thumb: Basically that's what these crosses are that I'm doing now, they are not selected males or anything special, just what I have had on hand to play around with to play and practice for the proper breeding to begin, seeing what to expect from each side of the parentage and which way is best to attack the crosses I'm looking to make, for example am I best using a male or a female from each strain to try carry on the traits I'm looking for in the offspring ;) first pheno hunt I'm doing is the Strawberry Diesel x Space Dudes, only because I have 2 of them, also doing the 5x jillybeans now too which I will narrow down to one, I think I already know which one ;) trying to get a couple of the smaller packs and unreleased stuff out of the way before I move onto dropping bigger packs in for hunts :thumb:

I got 38 straws :rofl: another two to pay for but I need another to get free shipping. Nothing else I want, going to double up on nordle..
