I got this crazy idea now of crossing this GT clone that I haven't even flowerred with the black gold seeds. I may even flower out the GT after my PC and then selectively and as carefully as possible pollinate a bud.

Should have way enough smoko to let me play for a session. I change my mind a lot tho. Depends on my moon phase.

Probably need to wait till I get my seeds before making any big plans. Haha.
Oh I meant to mention today, I put my sunnies into n and my new favs are the SD x SQ and the GB. And I'd be letting the team down if I didn't say DC. ;)

You can pollen chuck anything, cross any strain you have growing.lol.. but a good idea is to know that what your breeding with is to your liking, something like smoking it will do the trick, lol.. you also want to add something to what your breeding. It may be yield growth pattern more couch more ceiling etc etc. otherwise clone it.. clone it anyways for five grows, see the change through cycles.. Breeding has to have a purpose otherwise it's making seeds, which is easy to do..
 
Thanks mate :) im quite interested to see what i get from the 2 SD x SQ, the shorter one looks awesome :thumb: Gorilla Bomb has come into its own since the new light went in, must be one of them strains that doesn't like low light as she is powering on now. the whole bottom row of the vert wall is powering on, makes me think i should be bending a lot more of my plants :rofl:
 
Yeah I know but what am I likely to get. You never never know if you never never go. If the GT by itself looks bog, I'll just move on. No harm. Got Malawi or meo Thai x chem and some afghani maybe in any combination.

Pollen chucking can be fun while you search for the main ones you want to cross :) Good practice too, working with pollen and application to the females etc, seeing what works and what doesn't :thumb: always good to have plans too, i always think of how i can use the strain when buying seeds even before growing or smoking it, plans can change though, take my 24k for instance, had a few planned crosses with her but now after growing her its just another one that gets marked off my list, not what im looking for in my crosses ;)
 
All 5 Jillybeans have sprouted :) I am currently depotting my seeds i dropped in soil, only one had germed the others simply couldn't get their shells open so im cracking them open and repotting them, perfectly viable inside :thumb: should see a few more pop up over the next few days :) need to do the same to the other purple urkle and apollo13 next and then planning on harvesting the pollen tent to make way for the next lot :) hopefully will be dropping in a couple more beans tonight too, Rare Dankness - OG Ghost Train Haze #1 and a Karma Genetics - Orange Bubba :thumb:
I probably wont bother with pics tonight but i thought id mention Incredible Bulk is now 29" tall ;)

Your seeds look Awsome mate,How long do you need to wait before sprouting or are they good to go straight away?
Didn't realise I was off line for so long so just caught up on over 250 missed posts.Hope 24 comes good for you and the stench ripens into a better smell:)

Thanks mate ;) Bulk is looking awesome, I have a feeling she will show some pistils tonight, I didn't bother with any pics last night or any updates as I was flat out harvesting the pollen tent and cleaning it out ready to go for the next round :thumb: Seeds should be good to go straight away, just a bit hard to germinate when so fresh as they still have a protective coating, may need to scratch them up a bit with some sandpaper ;) 24k is rank man, every time I open the tent I want to close it back up :rofl:

Got some updates coming soon of what ive been up to :thumb:

So it doesn't look like much but I now have a fresh tent to work with

So I took clones from SSH Male, Atomic and White Jack, then potted up the mother plants into coco, along with these was a Sour Diesel clone and a Rollex OG clone, I also repotted my outdoor Incredible Bulk clone into coco and moved it in with them. This round is SSH males turn to run wild :thumb: I decided to go away from the DWC in here as its much easier moving one plant in and out when needed rather than all being trapped together.

And Seed delivery today, all pretty self explanatory except the green bag which is from Bodhi - Silver Mountain, I have dropped 2 of these straight into a shotglass :thumb:

Been doing heaps of other stuff around the tents and cleaning up the grow room but cant remember everything off the top of my head, these were the only pics I took :rofl:

Would be nice to get a few freebies from seed companies to test, hint hint if there are any seedbanks looking in :rofl: Tbh I'm just happy to have the genetics here to play with, not like 10 years ago where I had basically grown the one strain all my life as its all ive had access to ;)
 
I want a 400-500x 600x1500 but ain't found one yet. Bloody limitations of my space. So make do with the 400x400x 1200 for now. If I had that extra tiny bit of width I'd set up a vertical thing for some clones. Love that idea. Really clever.
