They are happy plants for sure! :bravo:

So, I just couldn’t bring myself to compost GLGA, and am I glad that I held off! The roundish primordia that I was initially identifying as probable male have lengthened into nice pointed teardrops, some with wispy burnt orange pistils. I can’t find any suspiciously male preflowers anywhere. So back in black green - GLGA. :headbanger:

Exciting news! It's like you just got a bonus plant - and a nice looking one at that! :high-five:

Yeah, I’m very patient, as long as there’s no chance of pollen, which there shouldn’t be if I was having a hard time even determining gender. So, she received the same care - just hung out in the background.

The BeBoBeast is now drinking 3 gallons a day (and it was only up to the mid-80s - so far - this week).

Wow! Hard for me to get my head around 3 gallons each day. She is gonna be a monster - a beautiful monster. :thumb:

I wish there were a way to inspect roots during a grow without actually needing to expose them. Would love to see the roots on these :cheesygrinsmiley:

Me too! But I guess we’re just going to have to wait until after harvest.

I expect that the rootmass will be tub-shaped, but will only extend down to the height of the hole. Except for a loose bit on the outside, the perlite will be totally encased, and probably difficult to recycle. I might make a lawn statue out of it. :laughtwo:
