So, yesterday I thought I might use some spare ratchet hangers to support the branches. So I grabbed them to get them ready and put them...somewhere.
Today I used gardening wire and some old black hemp twine.

I'm also loving the look of the Gelato. I have enjoyed smoking mine. Now I'm down to larfy buds and I'll need to grow more. I found it to be an easy, vigorous grower. Yours looks content.

We have even more severe cupping of the leaves on DSD #33. I'm really not sure why.
It doesn't get better when I raise or dim the light. It can't be heat, because it doesn't get hot in the tent, and I held my hand above the spot where it's worst, and I couldn't feel any difference.
She is closing in on harvest fast though, so as long as she keeps maturing, I'll let her go.
So, on the 21st of December I ordered a new exhaust fan, and two weeks later after no communication from the company I cancelled that order, and put in an order with @VIVOSUN .
The fan I ordered from them comes with a GrowHub, so soon I'll know the VPD!
I won't be doing anything to change it, but I'll know it!

Well since the #33 leaves were unhappy through a lot of veg, maybe it's just a genetic thing (curled turned down for veg, up for flower!). Either way the bulk are still a nice green and the flowers are frosty, so I have no worries. :)

Happily the lower buds are starting to shift to orange stigmas, so it shouldn't be too much longer for her.

Looking great in there Mel. Gelato is still one of my favorites and the most distinctive, in looks (purple bud) and in smell (loud & sweet/vanilla?). Everything is looking nice and frosty :yummy:

Congrats! Once you have the GrowHub you'll be surprised how easy it is to manage your VPD. I know by SGS helps me keep more moisture & heat in the tent (especially compared to a 'static' exhaust fan), all while keeping whatever VPD I dial in (based on your ambient temp/RH). Play around with the 'auto' settings and let me know if you have any questions.

Belated Happy New Year!!! Not sure if you are experiencing exact same thang but Gee64 wrote a blurb the other week about leaves turning sideways to help regulate VPD, here’s link

also I know you have done a recent flush on your hempys’ but what about a flood where you tape the drain hole, feed and let her sit in high water for 30 minutes or until the tape pulls loose causing it to self drain? Just don’t forget to set her on a big drain pan before you walk away.

Do si do and gelato look mighty fine, it will be a most bountiful harvest!

BTW‘s full credit to Bluter who recommends periodic floods for hempy style grows.

Congrats! Once you have the GrowHub you'll be surprised how easy it is to manage your VPD. Last time I had Gelato it tasted like vanilla ice cream with a trace of fruit, and this one has some of those scents!
I'll sure to ask if I have any trouble setting it up!

I followed Bluter's method of covering the drain hole with my finger and pouring in water until the perlite floated, and then took my finger off, and kept slowly pouring as it drained.
As soon as it stopped draining, I poured in a fresh dose of nutes, and kept that up to get a good amount of runoff.
I'll take a look at those posts you mentioned.
