BOOM!! Looking great there!!!!Day 74

I trimmed Do si dos a little bit, and she smells like overripe citrus. Not rotten, just past its prime.

Thanks con!
Yeah, she's got a more open structure than the other two, and didn't really put any resources into the side not getting any direct light. That's one reason I want to try her out outdoors. Get some more penetration, and more intense light.
That's happening to a bunch of people right now.
The return of the Unwatch glitch.
Thanks Tra!Beautiful growing

Awesome. Gorgeous. Maybe a teensy bit of yellowing to attend to on the DSD on the left? Or no?Day 75

There is definitely purple starting to show on the edges of some of the sugar leaves. It should be visible in the pics in a few days.

Thanks g-one-three!These are just fantastic looking plants! Can't wait to see the final product.
Thanks GDB!Damn, Mel, I'm really late arriving to this party. I just heard about it a few days ago and spent most of today playing catch up.
Lots of interesting banter, some primo growing and many nice pics of gorgeous plants made for an enjoyable read that was (is) also pleasing to the eye!
Great stuff! Looking forward.
Noted! If I don’t see one of these pics in Potm, I’m gonna report you.
Thanks Jon!Awesome. Gorgeous. Maybe a teensy bit of yellowing to attend to on the DSD on the left? Or no?
Thanks Scottay!Looking beautiful in there for sure!! Rock and Roll!! Can't wait to see the end product. Happy Saturday!!
Thanks Shed!Other than that they are looking dynamite!
No, I haven't been rotating them. When I saw the taco leaves I did raise the light some more, so we'll see if that helps.Close enough to the hotspot to be a bit of light burn (are you rotating them)?
I guess there could be something up in the root zone.Hey Mel,
Feeling brave today, so a pinch and a punch for the first of the month - I’ll offer an alternative read.
It doesn't look like light to me, it looks like nute burn. Since I know you will be all over your mix regime, is it possible its some root zone thing, like some weird mix up of roots in the perlite?
Like something is causing builds of dtuff?
Just something about it being light burn not sure.
But its a really small sample size and the rest looks perfect!

IMHO, a flush can never hurt for whatever reason you need to do it, or for no reason at all. As long as you feed again afterward, how can it hurt anything?I guess there could be something up in the root zone.
When watering a hempy you're supposed to make sure you get 10% runoff so that any buildups are flushed out, although I did see one recirculation setup that was working pretty well.
I might try to flush these two though. One of the journals I read when I was deciding whether or not to try it out mentioned putting them through a preventive flush or two during the grow.
I still think it's odd that the leaf is right above the one cola on the Gelato that's apparently aging faster than the others though.
Happy New Year Nick!
