extra leaves .

3 -7 day old seedlings.. 2 are growing normallly, with 2 sets of leaves each,totally 4 leaves each,

the other one has 3 sets of leaves and an extra leaf on the first set for a total of 7 leaves..

does this mean anything,,
such as deformed plant more likely to be male or hermie,
or have deformed buds,or be small producer of inferior bud,
or maybe possibly be super freak bud poducer..

should i wast time and materials on a deformed plant,,

Not sure about this one.

Personally I don't know if the "extra" leaves are an indication of anything wrong. Let it continue to grow and see how it develops compared to the others. Are all of the seedlings the same strain? Are u only watering or are u using nutrients yet? Indoor or out?

All of the seeds came from the same hermaphroditic plant. I was hoping that they were feminized seeds, cause plant was pollinated by hermie.
But in another thread it was explained to me by hightide, that this is not how feminized seeds are made.

So oh well,, just growing them to see what happens and until i can afford to order some proven genetics.

I am only watering right now, indoors, with 14,000 lumens of 6500k cfls.
I guess wasting time and materials right now is not much of a problem, lol.

I will just let it grow and see what happens, decide whether or not to cull it when go to transplant. Although i don't think will even make it that far, as it is starting to yellow and sag when the others show no sign of this. I guess i personally beleive it to be mutated crap plant, from mutated crap plant seeds!! was just hoping, you know,, maybe not! ..

man i need to order some seeds.....

I'll leave this one to the breeders. Never planted a hermie seed (to my knowledge).
