Looking perky

Have you peeked? LOL

give her some time and count from first pistil sighting, not the flip

Did that B, it's where I always count from. The other girls are noticeably ahead.

Hey AG

My clone setup is not 100% light proof.

Do you think it will ruin chance of success ?

Hey Brassic, thought I would leave the comment over here in your journal. Well now that depends. I know growers like Sky that have had success with his bubbler method in a plastic container similar to mine where the lid was not light proof. He had roots within a week I believe. However, in my case I started to get a clear film starting to grow in both of my containers that were not light proof. I have concluded that the clear film you see in the pictures below is not anaerobic bacteria growth, but in fact algae growing all on the inside of the container giving the water a 'murky' look to it.

Just to be safe I would make it lightproof. I also have to invest in a heating pad so things can be successful with my cloning, as maintaining suitable temps is the only thing hindering my success in hydro-cloning.

Thank you AG

Some tried and tested knowledge is always very welcome.

As you know Reg and I are trying a very simple float method suggested by Mr. Flintstone.

I think for the time being I'll let mine go to one week then see if problems or success are evident.

I'm using probably 2 gals of water to 'float' mine which is a bit overkill I know. Only container I had.

I look forward to sharing my findings Wednesday next. Thanks again.
