If there all in the pics on the first page what your mentioning is from light burn or heat stress it looks like. Not yellowing but tan spots are signs of heat or light bleaching/burning. But as you said the plant looks pretty fair.
You have a 600w MH, which may emit more UV rays depending on the bulb your using. The amount of liquid that the plant leaves hold or lack of chlorophyll in the leaves can get penetrated by the intensity of the light. Which will give you the burn effect thats shown on your plants leaves. Leaves can release excess water threw there leaves which can will give off a magnifying effect so the light will burn them that way also.
Do you have a fan blowing between the light and the top of the plants? Just keep a dry environment. RH around or below 50. Having a fan blowing constantly will give or should keep it around that number.
Healthy looking plants. It doesnt do anything blowing directly on them. It needs to be over the canopy of the plants to create a dry air flow between the light and the plants.
The air is circulating regardless of where the fan is placed. Dry cool air needs to be over top of the plants for the reasons I gave. If you mean simulate wind to strengthen the plants thats not true. When a fan is pushing the plants only thing its doing is making it harder for the plants to photosynthesize and it flips the leaves over to much and in turn the leaves will grow curvy and misshapen
