Dwarf Low Flyer: First Grow Journal

Day 27

Hey everyone I was away a few days. Tent was capable to auto run itself but returning the smell is starting to fill the room. Delicious but time to start the filter. This plant has hit preflower. Lots of pistols popping all over the place. I think I may have lst this plant too soon as managing this super bushy Amazon is challenging. I want to continue this grow without defoliating any of my plants and I’m tucking the larger fan leaves to get more light too the bud sites. It typically has to be adjusted once a day as the plant bushes out. Today it got 4 litres of water with bioroot, calmag, and biomarine. I have continued to keep each feeding of nutes to the minimum and have not seen any signs of nute burn. These plants are healthy!

Day 20
I can’t believe how fast this grows. These two younger dwarfs have really shot up in height. I have adjust all three of my lights to 18” and they do nothing but pray. The budsites on these are already more developed than there older counterpart. If I were to lst then I feel I would have more success given the stretch of its nodes. However to stay relatively consistent with the older plant I am going to let these two girls go untouched. Maybe some tucking and let’s see what happens. These two also got 3litres of water with bioroot, calmag, diamond black and biothrive. 97A90F39-DB26-447B-82EA-4CA6081829C1.jpeg1EF6CFA5-D8BE-4F32-A372-0AE0CDDEC6EC.jpeg23C6C2C6-50EE-47CF-A69E-AE4BD1318195.jpeg0EC87FD0-7E61-40E3-A0F3-AB9B5D29861F.jpeg

Day 28
This plant takes well to every feeding. Once again no signs of nute burn. Foliage and plant appear to be healthy. Bushing out day by day! Bud sites are starting to develop and I retrained a bit to get better light penetration. This plant is so bushy I may look to retract my previous statement and defoil a few fan leaves. Adequate light penetration will continue to be a problem.

Day 21
My two younger plants also took well to it’s first heavier feeding. No signs of nute burn. I really am tempted to train these bad boys but am refraining. This being my first grow I have been able to identify some mistakes I’ve made already an find myself questioning if training them will provide me with that much of a benefit. Are we talking a few grams? I guess only time will tell. On a side note It’s interesting to see the difference in genetics with these two. One is much taller than the other. Pics without the blurple today!

Beautiful. Coming along very nice . Happy growing!

Day 29
Continued with some more lst and tucking leaves. Really want to avoid removing any fan leaves unless absolutely necessary. I can see now how stunted this bush is. Largely due to my other two seedlings and how different the node spacing it. Not to worry though I’m sure it will still produce some decent buds. Pre flower is in full effect as each node is starting to pop pistols.

Day 22
Today I ended up LST my larger plant. It is a few inches taller at least and it’s nodes considerably longer. I figured it was so or die and to bring down this plant so it remains consistent height with my other two. I will leave the other plant untouched the entire grow. Each plant has been treated differently now but I expect this bigger plant to have the best yields. These two seedlings have shown me some pistols but not as many as there older counterpart on this day. The smell is fantastic and I’m hoping for these to veg out a little longer.

Looking really good my friend, Fun watching the progress. Cheers :D

Hope all is well in your world.

Is this grow still alive?

We would love to be updated with some pictures and info.

How about posting a 420 Strain Review?

Sorry for the impossibly late update. I have attached a few pictures of the plants before they got chopped. All in all this grow was very successful and yielded about 2oz dried weight from each plant. Some of the best tasting, smelling and overall enjoyable effects I’ve yet to experience from God’s green herb. Thanks for following along! If your interested I will be starting another grow journal and making a few upgrades. Stay tuned.
