Update
June 7 / Day - 35

What’s up everyone!! I hope your all well and ready for the weekend! I’ve been busy today in preparation for a fishing trip I’m leaving on tomorrow. I’ll be gone until Wednesday but don’t worry I’ll still be popping in and reading journals!

So as the day began I had to water everything and what a job that is lol! Everyone got a increased feeding of MegaCrop which is now at 4.5grams/Gal and is looking fantastic! I’m really excited to come back in a few days and see the growth! With them settled into their new 5Gal pots expecting some big growth! Here’s a few of the ladies this evening!

The 2x Wedding Cake ladies that weren’t doing so well have turned around and are both looking so much better! Still not 100% but definitely on the move towards recovering and growing out strong! A good dose of Mykos and a strong feed seems to be just what they needed!

These Purple Gorilla Autoflowers are really forming some beautiful flowers already and have even begun to push out some frost!!

They are still stretching a little but have slowed down and are beginning to focus on Bud production. I fed them both 4.5grams of MegaCrop and .8grams of BudExplosion for the first time. I’ll increase the BE over the next few weeks until I max out around 1.5g/Gal. I’m getting a nice skunky grape off of them so far so I’m excited to see where it goes!

The 20:1 CBD little ones are doing well and are beginning to grow quickly. Here they are on Day-11 from seed!

During the watering tonight I had to give the Critical+2.0 Clones a defoliation so I got to it and opened them up ! Looking forward to filling some more jars of this! She’s been a real winner with everyone who’s tried her! A before and after....

Well that’s it for now! I hope you all have an incredible weekend and I’ll be sure to pop on when I can!

I Can’t wait to see the changes in 4 days time but until then I wish I’m you all a great weekend and Stay Medicated!!

I'm about to plant my first seeds once they sprout a tap root. they have been soaking in RO water for about 24 hours now and I'm about to put them in moist paper towels untill realy to put in the promix. How deep should I plant them to avoid them coming up wearing helmets?
Not to set the paper towel bro just damp slightly you got his knifemaker

I'm curious if you use CalMag. Seems like some of them might be showing signs of magnesium deficiency.

I’ve been busy today in preparation for a fishing trip
What type of fishing? Fresh water or salt water?

Funny your mention that! I’ll be talking about it this evening in my update

And fresh water fishing up here in northern Ontario! We have a fishing cabin on a river about 6hrs north of my house we go to each spring and fall! Was an absolute blast minus the bugs .... lol

Awesome growing Dutchy, lovely Journal too. Best of grows mate, lovely stuff...... And root porn....mmmmm....hehe

I lived in ontario for a few years in my late teens. Black flies are horrible, tiny but they come in clouds, and then come the mosquitoes. I couldn't get out of that province fast enough lol.

Update
June 12 / Day - 40

What’s up everyone! I’m back and glad to be home! The trip was a blast and fishing was fantastic! Bugs sucked but what can you do haha! After a few days away from home and the garden I was pleased to come home to a lush healthy group of ladies!

This will be a quick update tonight as I’m pretty beat from the traveling and work of getting home today but I’ll be sure to do a good full up close down and dirty update tomorrow!

So as you can see there has been some EXPLOSIVE growth while I was away! Mrs.Dutch did an awesome job of loving them and topping up the humidifier for me while I was away! I was shocked to come home and see how much they had grown in such a short period of time. I took a few shots of the girls in the 4x4 but I’ll be pulling everyone out tomorrow for some training and a much needed defoliation! I’ll be sure to snap a bunch of pictures of everyone while they are out and about!

The 20:1 CBD ladies are beginning to grow big and with a transplant and good feeding this week I’m sure they will take off! Here they are today on Day - 16!

So I didn’t have a chance to transplant the cuttings before I left so I let them go in the bubble Cloner! Well after 5 days they were all still looking good and the ROOTS that have mass populated from the bottoms caught me off guard! I opened the Cloner and ....
:jawdropper:
I’ll be transplanting them all tomorrow and my buddy will be picking them up! I’m extremely pleased with this bubble Cloner and as I get closer to my first round of flower for this Pheno hunt I’ll be taking some important clones from these girls in the 4x4 tent soon!

Now @BeezLuiz had mentioned above that there were possible mag deficiencies in a couple of them. I had already been thinking about this before I left and had ordered some CalMag from GreenLeaf Nutrients.
It had shown up while I was away! I’ll be Inspecting all the ladies up close tomorrow and during that time I’ll decide who will get an added dose of calmag next feeding! Otherwise the garden is rocking and these tents are getting filled up quickly!

I hope your all enjoying the week so far! I’ll be sure to compile a big update for tomorrow and get it on here so until then!

Stay Medicated!

Welcome back - sounded like a good time indeed. I'm a fresh water fisherman as well - mostly bass and some trout and occasionally steelhead.

Hey Rider thanks! I love how strong these roots came in and how well this Bubble Cloner worked! Can’t wait to root some more cuttings in it and really break it in!!
Hope your well brother

Haha yes they do indeed! They always manage to climb inside your clothes and ears and everywhere they can to bite and annoy you... enough partying though and you forget all about them haha!

Welcome back Dutch! Glad you had fun and the missus did an amazing job while you were gone. Farside's theory on cal-mag deficiencies with MegaCrop is to add more MegaCrop rather than supplement with anything else. That's what I've done as well and the deficiencies disappear.

And Homer has been feeding his flowering plants over 7.0 grams/gallon, so there's more headroom than we expected.

Hey Shed! Thanks for passing that info on! After the stronger feeding before I left I can see an improvement in a few that were a bit hungry. With @farside05 calmag theory of MC I’ll be increasing again next feeding. I am finding the wedding Cake ladies are all a bit more demanding of food so they will be getting higher doses! Good to know also that @Homer Simpson has been feeding around 7G/Gal! Good information as I’m approaching round 1 of flower with MegaCrop! So far I’m really pleased with the results in Veg and the plants all seem to be responding well!!

Hey Dutch, glad to your trip was a blast and wow I must say the growth on all your plants are impressive, looking good :thumb:
Thanks Tomuk! Hopefully after a small defoliation and adjusting of the ties there should be a bit more room to veg out a little longer!

I've just fed the Phantom OG almost 10.0 grams per gallon. We'll see if that was too far by the weekend. I was a bit unsure of MegaCrop to start with especially when you mentioned the issue involving how to make an accurate mix but now I love it. I can literally feed everything I have with just one bag of nutrients. Hydro, soil, mature flowering plants and seedling all with the same product. Incredibly stuff. The results really speak for themselves though. I'll be sticking with this stuff for some time yet I think

Good to see you back Dutch! The garden looks crazy! Hope you're well buddy

I totally agree! MegaCrop is fantastic and I wasn’t sure when I first started with it but seeing how well the garden is doing great and the results are clear! The girls love MC and it’s just about dialing in the proper amount per gallon for your plant and growth stage!

10g/gal should be a HEAVY feeding based in their charts so I’m interested to see how your girl fairs!

Hope your well brother
