check your camera settings. I believe you have a pretty good DSLR. If you go in your menu, look for something that says white balance. You should see another icon saying PRE, or Preset. If you get that far, the next step wants you to take a picture of a white piece of paper under the lights...this will calculate your white balance and will be saved as your Preset. Each time you go to your tent to take pics, set the WhiteBalance from Auto to Preset and you should see normal color photos. Here's an example of one of mine with the HPS on and using the Preset function under White Balance.
Other than that, turn your flash on and grab some pics just before lights on or just after lights off.
