Dutch Dragons Cheesy 2'x2' 250 HPS - Organic Soil Journal

Brummyhead, did you happen to take any pics of your grow along the way? If so or not, you could still start a journal that outlines in your words, your entire grow up to current, then allow subscribes to enjoy the rest of your experience with you. if you do make a journal though, I strongly suggest adding a hyperlinked title of your journal in your signature like myself and many other 420 growers.

Thank you Brummyhead for the fine information. Any further info from you or anyone else is more than welcome. Knowledge is the key to success.
Skybound, nice push in the right direction.

Weekly update in an hour or so.
Thanks for all your good wishes.
CA215, the stretch is long gone, just hope they will survive till the crop, got the next run going:).

Hello all, and welcome to the old weekly update. Its not half as much fun when your plants look like sh*t, but it will give some good photographic documentation of my over nute/flush/over watering problems. I'm out of the woods now with the nute problem, but since flushing the girls are suffering from over watering. Gonna just let them thoroughly dry out, may take a couple of weeks. They don't drink much when they are overwatered further adding to my woes. I wish I had them in smart pots cause I could just get a fan on them and dry them out at the bottom.
Yes Yes pics I know. Here you go.

My other adventure has begun in my tool room under the stairs. I soaked 5 Greenhouse Seeds Jack Herer feminized seeds in a shot glass of water last Sunday evening and put them in a kitchen cupboard for 12 hours. After 12 hours the seeds all had white dots at one end. I then put all the seeds spread between some wet toilet tissue between two saucers and then put the saucers in a sandwich bag to stop evaporation. Placed the plates close to the room heater and after a further 24 hrs they all had 1/2" roots. I then potted them up in some small seedling pots with a 50/50 mix of potting soil and perlite. 3 of the seeds had a struggle with the inner seed membrane gluing the leaves together, but I just sprayed them lightly with water to soften it up and then a couple of minutes later I removed the offending membrane with a tweezers. They are a bit leggy, I'll have to add some cfl's. Yes I know I need to make somewhere for them to live, but its so hard when your always so stoned. Future plan is to build a second story ontop of the existing flowering box.
I wish you all a specially excellent weekend.

THESE PLANTS ARE GREEN:green_heart:

Me again,
I've had a creative couple of hours and have constructed a little home for the sproutlings. As you can see I went to town on this and it cost me zero. Just a cardboard box lined with some reflective insulation, the ufo led, 2 32watt 6500k cfl's and a fan heater set to cold that oscilates a nice breeze over them. Temps are 20-26 degrees Celcius, humidity is between 45-65%. Took a few pics as I am feeling particularly pleased with myself:).

This is to show the whole thing, but the lamps are so bright you can't see much:)
