Yup....but back in the day I was an animal. I would hit the gym to lift or do more cardio at lunch, and then again in the evening time. I was right at my max weight for being 6'3" and I was only at 7% body fat. Benching 350, running a 19 minute 3 mile run. Man was I different person back then LOL!

I would Email BOG. They have sales all the time and I was able to get 3 packs at one point for $120. All 13 to 14 seeds per pack. BMR is one of the packs I grabbed.
