Calm down grandpa, next you will be complaining about people on your grass .Idk what you guys are talking about... I’m always outa bed by 5-5:30am. But it’s easy for me for some reason. Plus that’s a great time to be up, before everyone else...
never understood people that sleep past 8am seems a waste of daylight!
Indeed, and unfortunately for my daughter she got that from me. Not the wasting daylight, but she can’t sleep past 7am even if she stays up late. I’ve always been the same one early regardless of my bedtime.Calm down grandpa, next you will be complaining about people on your grass .
Some peoples body clocks just don't operate well early on. Mine never did unless it was to fish or hunt and even then I didn't like it. Nothing worse than getting up at 4am to go PT before a full days work. I do much better sleeping a bit later and going to bed later. I always preferred working later than working earlier. To each their own. On the rare occasion I do get up early, I do appreciate the quietness and peacefulness.Idk what you guys are talking about... I’m always outa bed by 5-5:30am. I hated PT out in Yuma. We had to PT at 0400 to beat the triple digits. By the time we would be finished, usually 0530, it was already close to 95 if not already at 100 degrees. And it would stay that way until around midnight.Plants look great Duggs!
I have found that the better shape I am in, the more energy I have and likelihood of waking up and being chipper is much better lol. I also hated waking up for PT @Van Stank. Especially somewhere colder like Lejeune or Quantico There is certainly a link to eating well and sleeping well that gives me overall better quality of life. Too bad I look like I swallowed the turkey whole this Christmas lol. Im working on it though
yikes! That sucks hahah your done with PT before the sun comes up lolI hated PT out in Yuma. We had to PT at 0400 to beat the triple digits. By the time we would be finished, usually 0530, it was already close to 95 if not already at 100 degrees. And it would stay that way until around midnight.
