FYI ....I have not had a favorable response from Advanced with getting replacement repair parts for my Advanced XTE 400, that has been blinking. After contacting them quite some time ago , and giving them all the info they asked for, they were giving me the run around for several weeks and seemed to desperately want a way 'out' of helping me. They kept putting me off saying things like the part is being manufactured , etc. etc.
The latest request from them asked me to give them the original buyers name for the light etc. etc. I'm not stupid...i know they are/were looking for a way 'out'. I have since told them i am very disapointed in their lack of satisfactory customer service etc. I know they are a sponsor but , at this point i don't care...i feel the need to tell members of this, so. All of the lights that they gave out for reviews in years past , are all malfunctioning at this point as well, so.... Just wanted to pass this info on to the
membership. I really wanted to like these lights and gave them plenty of chances to make things right.Cheers gang.
