Smokey, yes, 3 per pot I started with..Im down to 10 total..
Seeds..I don't know what I'm doing yet...I want strong viable seeds. Im giving a them strong Cat drench, thank you Doc, next feeding.
the seeds are going to be interesting..

how long should i keep the seeds on the plant? I Have grown seeds before..autos..they all sprouted, the ones I tested..went with what Toker had in his journal. How long does one need to store or dry seeds before you germinate them?
 
I have no idea I was hoping to get these answers from you... :rofl: I have always done everything I could to ensure no seeds actually trying to grow them is very new to me :)

speaking of which...can I gently use my Space grinder to try to remove seeds? it has large enough for seeds, holes for the cut bud to fall though..may try it on my friends non HB weed.. :rofl:

Hey Ziggs....don't do it ....take the seeds out one by one....the grinder will just grind them ,and make a mess of your smoke.Cheers bud.

I keep thinking this too Dugs. I break it off one tiny piece at a time. Of course I use a pipe. Haven't rolled one in years. Why haven't I done that yet? Dare I? I'm serious as I can be here. Why not roll one?

For 34 years almost every single time I've smoked it's been with Dale. Do you have any idea how strange - how difficult it is to allow myself to smoke freely alone? This must stop. :laughtwo: Wonder if I have any papers around here? Drat!

Also, one of the best things to use is an old, displaced, metal window screen with a catch bin underneath. Gently crush tumble the dried stuff over the bin. Kind of a "first-stage" dry-sift, but it's just to remove the seeds. The product in the bin can be smoked, vaped, or processed for hash (dry-sift or bubble).

Yes Gov....I've done it this way you describe and it works great....like you said,kind of a dry sift operation but just to remove seeds....Cheers eh
 
ACE plants got 1 oz of CAT w tea in 5 gallons H2O..each 10 gal got 1 gallon CAT at bottom and qt on top.

i have less than a ft of tent space, and thats with the eyelet rods :)

There may be a Male or hermie Golden Tiger..if confirmed, he's being chopped. I will have enough seeds of interesting genetics. :)
 
took off 2 seeds from the Panamas...They probably have a week more to be fully matured :thumb:
seeded stems and buds will be removed to allow light and less matured buds to mature. Panamas will be chopped when done to make room in the tent.

Many buds have formed on the other plants in past 2-3 days, and vertical growth appears to have slowed, either due to bloom phase their in, lights, or threats from me :rofl:..whatever worked! the buds are getting very fragrant.

i may go in and trim up the jungle this week and remove any pollen bearing structures and plants..

Question for Purple Haze growers, smokers...is it grapey? :) Im bending the stems and there are loads of buds forming.

these pants will get another CAT soaking this week when ready.
 
Yummy Zig. Is it crazy that observations like this get us excited? I have so little experience with strains that it's like listening to a new language, but every now and then Inpick up on things I just know are significant. The idea of blueberry terpenes made my heart beat a little faster. Must be one in my future.

You and I fell into some incredible soils Ziggy. It's kind of spoiled us. :laughtwo:

Sweetsue....DJ Short , i believe, has the most experience with the "Blue" strains and really knows his stuff. His BB is considered the benchmark. That's not to say another breeder doesn't have a nice version though. SS, if i may ,i'de like to recomend a strain called God Bud. from B.C. can't remember the name of the breeder right now. I grew it before in supersoil, and it was special ....has won awards...very tasty and strong. Have a great sleep SS.:passitleft:

Did i tell ya my friend brought over two big, thick deer steaks . I broiled them up for our mid-trim snack! Fantastic .Had a few Stella's , a few puffs,, good times ,for sure!:thumb: Cheers Gang.
