Eggs separated, I used the whites for 420 Coconut Macaroons(spoiler alert )
starting to temper the egg yolks(this brings the temp of the egg up slowly so you avoid cooked scrambled eggs in your custard)

BTW, this unfrozen icecream, is also called Creme Anglais..an excellent dessert sauce for fruit, icecream, cake, etc
Quick Chill of custard to prevent residual heat from overcooking the eggs
Added Cannilla, Glycerine Tincture, Mint Extract, to chilled icecream machine

Added Chocolate Curls, spinning till almost frozen
No green food color needed I wouldnt of added it anyway
Ice cream was removed from machine, and frozen to cure overnight.
