Sorry haven’t updated in a bit. Everything is growing along. The little Nukeheads look a bit anemic. Maybe will have 1/2 oz each. I threw a small OG Kush clone in there to flower just cause I’m going to run out of herbs if I don’t get something worthwhile flowering.
I’ve been working on the basement a lot. It’s almost ready finally. One more trash day and I’ll have it all cleaned out ready to build a wall or two. It’s about 20° cooler down there than in the garage so hopefully it’ll be good. I’m a bit worried about airflow but I’ll figure it out.
I’ll get some photos in a bit.

Yeah man it’s hot. After Thursday’s trash pick up I should be about ready to get the basement finally growing. Today is exactly one month of cooking the kit so it’s ready just in time.Good afternoon DrDoob,

Got some pics.
Tent 1, I’ve let these get too big for their 32oz pots. With this heat they need watering twice a day just about. I’ll transplant them to 1 gal pots tomorrow. They are a bit droopy cause of lack of watering. These are all OG Kush except the one in the front right is an Unknown OG male.
Tent 2, I just transplanted these from 1 gal to 2 gal pots. I was a bit rough with them when transplanting I hope they do well. These are two Unknown OG and two Patio OG. They were going to be my first in the kit, but they really needed to be transplanted already.
Here is the OG Kush from Tent 3, I didn’t spend a lot of time manicuring I feel lucky to have gotten anything smokable out of them really. They’ll probably be about 1 1/2 oz when done. I was going to make a couple cobs but I didn’t get to it in time and now I think they’re too dry.
Tent 4, these Nukeheads are kind of sad. I’m glad I got the solar panels or I wouldn’t pay to keep the lights on them. I just put the little OG Kush in the middle in a couple days ago.
Got a package in the mail today! It’s Malawi, some Dark Devil Auto and a free blueberry and two free Bangi Haze. One of the Bangi Haze came crushed and has zero chance of germination.

The transplants in tent 2 seem to have not had any issues at all.
Tent 1 seems to have recovered from their under watering, looks like I caught them just in time.
I pulled out some of the Unknown OG bout to roll it up.

Sup Doobs, rare morning off for me... I just wanted to comment on the buds for cobs... I read somewhere way back in the Cob thread that a few people took some dry to cured buds, and hydrated before cobbing... Looked like it turned out well... I am sure your typical fruit hydration method would suffice on that... Maybe add some aromatic bouquet..??? LOL...
..... Second thing but not less important, at my grow job we just started some Banji about 5 weeks ago... It is hydro there, but they are agressive in veg it seems... Already pungent in that room, hope they turn out well... I also appreciate that you are growing some in soil right, as when I get a few clones in November ish I will be doing mine in soil... Green days old friend, pics will be coming to ya soon.....

I see alot of spots on those leaves along with the minor heat issues. Got bugs?

Yup whiteflies are my constant companions. I’ve got them down to a minimum with regular insecticidal soap spraying but they never really go away. The soap also leaves spots on leaves but lately I’ve been washing it off an hour or so after spraying if I remember.
I also released some predator wasps to get rid of the whiteflies, but at the same time I guess I got thrips which I mistook for the wasp larva so I let them go way too long with no treatment. I haven’t seen them for a bit, so maybe I got rid of them.
I have a grandiose plan to start a ladybug farm when I switch to the basement (hopefully starting next week!), but we will see how that goes.

I’ve seen that, but I have a feeling that the sugars in the fresh stuff are very important to the process. It just doesn’t feel right to me to use already dried stuff, although I’ve never tried it.
I haven’t planted in the soil yet, but I think yesterday was 30 days of it cooking so it’s ready now. I think I’m going to take some clones today or tomorrow and they should be rooted just in time for my move to the basement and I’m going to do a 4’x4’ with 4 or 5 10 gallon pots of Doc Bud’s kit soil. I can’t wait!
I was recently shocked when I saw the damage a few ladybugs did to an aphid population on my milkweed. If only they'd stay around and setup shop.
Looks like things are taking off for you. Things will get better with time...and winter.

Yeah I released 1500 of them and they did great while they lasted but I quickly had 1500 dead ladybugs. My goal is to create a breeding habitat for them and release a dozen or so every couple days, assuming I can keep them alive long enough to breed.
