DrDoob's Continuous Carousel Of Cannabis: Hempy, MarsHydro, GROWant, Rx Green

Quite a week indeed! I'm now hooked on fresh canna brownies. Considering that what was made on Thursday night if I understand correctly was half strength. A extra special treat from meeting Sweet Sue on top of everything else. Awesome! Wow! I'm hoping I get a Magical Butter Machine sooner than later.

Current Update:
Everything is looks good. I think the whitefly spraying worked. I’ve got more of the wasps coming tomorrow, this time I’ll do it right.

Tent 1, the clones have roots. The leaves look a bit worse for wear because of the whitefly sprayings. But I had worse looking ones not have major issues.

Tent 2 speak of worse looking clones these are weirdos. They do seem to have grown slightly. I’m going to transplant them to 2.5 gal pots today or tomorrow.

Tent 3 I flipped these to 12/12 on Friday. They were a little sad when I transplanted them but fully recovered in a couple days.

Tent 4 these are growing fast. I flipped the Dog Butt 4 weeks ago and the other two three weeks ago.

Looking good Doobs.... Hey man where can I get some more sprayer heads for my cloner???... Looked locally, but not much selection... Searching on line is a time luxury I dont have.. As you can tell by my random time of posts bro..... Thx man, and Green days and week...
They’ll have them at any garden supply or Lowes, Home Depot type stores. Or search Amazon for “irrigation micro sprayer”.

My fingers are burning from just reading about trimming that much! My cloner uses rigid pipe and threaded emitters, but I’m sure others use the push in emitters. You’d have to check which style yours uses. But they are pretty universal size wise.

I can almost smell them from here Doob. :battingeyelashes:

Thanks....:passitleft: My brownie recipe doesn't use the machine. I'd buy an Instant Pot before I got the MB2, unless you're planning on making batches using at least the minimum 2 cups of carrier oil. The brownie recipe uses 1/2 cup of oil, and I don't strain out the mash. That's lots easier to do with an IP, and then it does six other functions. :battingeyelashes:

Just wanted to comment real quick on the forest you got going on... . They are looking good, and coloring in nice man.... Fyi I think I pulled a thumb muscle today... LMMFAO... We got into some GG and Nukeheads today.... Man I changed my gloves like thirty times, and all they did was get all gooey and break... So my fingers eventually got all gummed together, and hard to pull apart... My rides car smelled like it was made of weed... LOL... Man... Hopefully tomorrow will be the last day of Heavy Harvest, finishing with some GSC, Straw Haze, and I think he is gonna go ahead and chop his GDP a little early... They are all good but I am tired of trimming so I was like " hey they could go a couple more weeks I think..." Went over like a fart in church... Figures... Anyway, at least I will have a few choice buds of those to gift or trade away... Might keep the Straw Haze and GG for me... Just about 10 grams of each.... Green Days Doob.. .and all

I finally, after about 25 years, got my old seeds back from a friend. I made some excellent crosses back in the day and hopefully this is a good collection of them.

When Sue was here I had her preform the traditional vitality blessings on them, i.e. she held the jar while we smoked a bowl or three and had great conversation.

I can’t wait to see what pops up. He has two more vials full too.

Lol! May they stun you with their vigor and potency. :battingeyelashes:

I found male flowers on the Mystery Patio plant. They don't seem to have any pollen in them, but worrisome none-the-less. That makes two out of two of my crossed plants that have male parts, I hope it's just a fluke and not a trait of the male I used. That Dog Butt is super good and not a single seed so I figure it's infertile, and hope this new one is the same. I pulled a few of the pollen sacks off but I'm sure I missed some.

I wonder if breeding with feminized seeds is really a good idea.

Whether it's a good idea or not, everyone's playing with it. That was damn potent cannabis sir. My Devil's Carnival goes hermie every time, so I do my best to keep them on their own or not be concerned about the potential of seeds.

I'm really hoping to find seeds on my Red Diesel when I harvest. An RD/Carn cross might be downright interesting.

...... Sup Doobs, and Green day... I was just wanting to tell ya, for me personally outdoors, I have only found limited success in breeding seeds/strains that are not regular seeds to begin with......
.....My most successful breeding project turned out to be a neighbor of mine when I lived in Va. having a male WW on her porch beside mine... I had a couple of bag NL's going and low and behold Seedy as hell.... Found out a month or so later about next door neighbor... Disappointed about all the seeds at that time, but the sex turned out being great for a while ... LMAO... I tend to get a few seeds here or there just by getting a little pollen from a friend of something good, and trying a bud here and a bud there...

.....That being said I am gonna try this year as it is my last year full time outdoors, to get a male of something Strawberry, and breed every thing... I have Seven strains out this year, so a Straw cross on all would be ok with me... I have checked with my immediate neighbors and none are opposed... Most grow indoors anyway... So no accidents or anything... Man how lucky am I now that I think about it, to have neighbors like I do...I am definately blessed there and here.... Green evenings, Just a little of my pocket change/personal insight...

I’m not overly concerned with the male parts, like I said I found no seeds in the two harvested plants that also had them. I did spray insecticidal soap a lot more often than recommended, which could cause stress I suppose.

Back in the day I grew and bred an awful lot. Feminized seeds weren’t yet a thing and I never saw one hermie. Now my current breeding is two for two hermie. This new Patio Mystery Plant seems a bit worse than the Dog Butt, but not really bad.

I also suspect that having different brands of LED lights and quickly switching spectrum’s might’ve played a roll.

I didn’t think to get pictures until after I plucked them all off. If more pop up I will.

I don’t even know any of my neighbors except with a friendly wave.

I feel a lot better, not that I was really feeling bad. I just read a ton of info that say’s excessive insecticidal soap does cause hermies. I just went to my stash jars and I did indeed find male flowers in every single strain I’ve harvested since I started my twice daily spraying. So at least it’s probably environmental, not my breeding. Thankfully, I haven’t found any seeds yet.

Was totally worth it to get rid of the whiteflies. I haven’t seen any for quite a bit. I just set 1000 of the little wasps loose yesterday to hopefully finish the job. :yahoo:

Now they’re finally gone, I feel a lot better about moving everything to the basement. I wish I would’ve shown the basement to Sue when she was here I’m sure that would’ve given me the extra motivation I need.
