Dr. Seeds' Granddaddy Purple: Coco Grow In Mars Hydro Tent Under TSW-2000

I'm using STS. I started a week before the flip with twice a day, then a week of once daily, then a week of every other day. The past week was the first of twice a week until I see the pollen.

I look at my weed growing activities then I look at yours and I am amazed by the vast amount of knowledge I still have to fill my very much empty vessel with! I'm a rotten journal follower...on top of I'm quite sure I only would need to visit you to learn!

You're everywhere and strictly as a awesome help and encouragement to so many here Mr. S., it sure seems like you should have one more line under your name with a title spanning 2019 in its entirety! I hope it is so, it would be a gift to us all!

Thanks again for your service past and present! CHeers mate, Happy Holidays to you and yours! :yahoo:

right on. i can't wait to see how it goes. I was gonna follow the standard STS application method, but if you're successful i'll probably go with more sprays than they usually call for.

Good luck OS

cheers O.S.

a fine year for you on 420mag,, well done

Merry Christmas to you and yours, Salt- and may 2020 be the best one yet! :thumb:

Merry Christmas Old Salt.

I have used sts a lot and I have always started spraying the morning before flip and every morning for 21 days of flower or until the first males sacs start to open. I use a green light and go in 20 minutes before lights on. I have good results with my method but would also like to get better results if possible. Good luck, I will be watching your method to see if it works better.

holy moly. why not just use CS then? i thought the main point of STS is that you only have to spray like 5 or 6 times in total.

Far from true...

But is a lot less often than CS

It was the way I was taught to apply STS, and is has always worked.
right on. i'm gonna follow pretty much every guide i've found online and spray every 5 days.

My DIY automated watering system worked quite well while we were away for two days. It can use some improvement, as it's not the easiest task to balance the adjustable emitters. I'm seriously considering upgrading the pump, and switching to fixed volume drippers. Drippers rated at one gal, or four liters per hour have drip rates of 67ml/min. Four of them per container will have a combined drip rate of about a cup or 268ml/min, which is close to what I want. The pump needs to be upgraded to develop the 20 PSI required for most drippers. I am thinking of the 1GPH Non-Draining PC Dripper from our sponsor Cannabis Irrigation Supply, as they can be taken apart and cleaned. Their operating pressure is from 8 to 50 PSI. I don't think I'll use their manifold, as I like being able to switch an irrigation line off easily with a valve. The Orbit manifold may be a better choice for me.

GDP #1's reversed branch is showing pollen sacks, but they are not ready to open yet.

The difference in color between the two tents is due to the different lighting. The COBs in the 2' X 4' (60 x 120cm) tent are 3000°K, and the Mars Hydro TSW-2000 is 3693°K.

GDP #2 looks just amazing. those leaves are religious.
