I can personally speak of a number of new wave technologies heading our way with LED! (Or can't yet lol) :) :)
I'm lucky through this site to have a number of contacts within the industry. (Not just BM)
I can say that the next step is mapping! :)
Thes very top flight diodes can be guaranteed to a very accurate, precise point, spectrum! So with a few other things that are now in place. The future is the mapping out of a specific species/strains needs through its life cycle then being able to match said light to the very individual frequency of the plant species!

This is already heing done as we speak and gives far more reach into other more regular markets.
This market moves fast. Yet I'm happy if I ran just my god clusters forevermore :)
 
Thank you LA. Light/Species mapping seems so obvious after you explained it. I hadn't thought in terms of genetic specific lighting before. I'm guessing LED is the only way current way to do this? :thanks:

Yep its only through these new top flight diodes that light frequencies can be targeted so precisely. :) :)

Nice on the Bluesbreaker - I'm listening to my DIY single ended KT66 amp I built a while back actually using some Russian versions of that tube my mother in law got me in Russia!! Here's a pic of my current build I'm listening to.... I play old time country banjo so no need to amplify!! hahaha just ask my neighbors.

This one is a single ended KT-150 - puts out ~20-25w/ch - will blow my windows and horns out if I want to! Chassis everything DIY... I will be makin some LED lights!! Cool thing about this amp is I'm using some LEDs to bias the tubes (draw current to make sound), but they are IR or infra-red bulbs (not visible to naked eye) so yea all over LED technology! Cool that it powers my amps and grows my meds ... then I sit back with my girl and put them both together & spin some records kick back and puff puff give give ... freakin cool as all get out. It took me a long time to get here but it's worth it and I'm finding some very nice friends here on 420mag to help me get along ... I feel like I'm dreaming!

I love it. Me and Mrscannabi do the same exact thing. Unfortunately all the record players now days are crap. We still do it though. I'd love to bring over my 2x12 Celestion Greanback cabinet and plug in my SG. It would be a lot of fun. No need to build me a dirty channel. I'll just bring my pedal board :):):)

All the clones finally showed their gender. I am certain that taking clones and going directly into 12 x 12 is an awesome way to sex your plants. My big mistake was my environment. Too low humidity and temperatures stifled the cuttings. Once I was able to fix that they bounced back, rooted and showed gender. Next time they'll go into rockwool and a humidity dome.

Final count is 3 females and 6 males. One seed didn't germ and one died shortly after breaking soil. I'm going to keep the best male and flower it out in my old cabinet. That way I can harvest the pollen and use it at a later date. If anyone has a How-To on that please let me know.

Fixed the splash factor on the Microbeman 5 Gallon Vortex brewer - My buddy just told me he doesn't want it so I'm going to keep it and use it. It's a great brewer. I updated the EcoPlus 1 to an EcoPlus 3 air pump. Those EcoPlus 1's are the noisiest little pumps on the market. The 6 is WAY quieter and pumps more air.

Thank you scrubby:thanks:! I'm thinking 4 plants in there is going to be perfect. I kind of overshot the mark on this grow :)

The hanging distance for the 675 GOD panel is "The top of the tent". Mine is 2 inches from the top. I only have the CLW lights in there because my brain won't allow me to trust the GOD for complete coverage hehehe. Once I get those DIY panels the CLW lights will go back into my old cabinet. :high-five::cheertwo::thumb:

I'm thinking the same thing LA. Possibly Gorilla didn't patent their design? It will be interesting to see what happens with the new company in the long run. Your tent looks identical to mine.:peace::Namaste: I'm going to start training the ladies this week. I'll be no where near what you would crop out of here, but If I can pull 4-6 OZ off each plant, I'll be a happy man... :theband:

Thank you GD:thanks:! Time to start training the girls. After watching you, LA, and a bunch of other stellar growers, I'm realizing I should be training way earlier in the process. I think my mind has just been focused on sexing the seedlings so I missed out on some of that early training that all-ya-all do. Learning and growing is what it's all about! :peace::Namaste:

Mornin GD,

I tried to watch the pro bowl yesterday. I made it 5 minutes. That thing is a giant turd lol. I'll be happy to see some real football this weekend.
