Here’s this..

I’ll use binder clips around the edge of the pot and loop the bendy wire through one side to anchor it, then gently pull the growing tip down. (Down to flat, or near flat). This one I would’ve only tied the two tops down until the second line caught up.
It makes it a pain to water having all your ties on, so here is this starter just to get things going before the ties go down..

That’s just waiting for the second line.

Your plant knows where her highest point is (her apical meristem). If you keep the canopy even they all become mains!

Read the quad squad thread (in my sig) for more ideas. You’ll break branches but don’t worry. They bounce back.

I will be topping the rest of the plants tonight tho since the first two seem to be doing great
you asked about topping during the morning or night, probably at morning but it doesn't seem like it would matter too much. just make sure you pinch it off instead of cutting because it makes the plant "bleed" less and its easier to heal up.

That’s true. It’s a risk of infection to have a wound open a while. Especially if it isn’t clean.
Just a note though. Depending on your plant and your LST style. Winkling out the growth tip by hand to leave a smooth area behind looks right, feels good, is fun to do. But a) you can more easily split it there if you aren’t too careful, and b) once a bit of weight comes on those mains (and yay!) you are going to need a roll of electrical tape to keep her together.
If you leave a quarter inch of stem below your cut it reinforces the knuckle when it heals and will give it a lot more strength.

Here’s a few pics from just now. They’ve grown like 3 1/2 to 4 inches in height over the weekend. Normal?

They look good. I’ve never grown outdoors so can’t say if it’s normal, but I do know this plant turns into a tree outdoors.

Some brown spots on two lower leaves of one of the plants
They do look good. Very happy little ladies. Nice amount of growth in the spurt they’ve had. Looks like a good internode length - you aren’t hanging the sun too high ;)
Derek is right about the lensing effect of droplets. I’m looking at the edges of those lower leaves and seeing more to it.
If leaves look like that all over the plant, or starting at the top you would suspect calcium debt, especially with a growth spurt, but because this slight yellowing round the edges and spotting is starting low I’m gonna suggest a nitrogen kick.
A tablespoon of blood meal on each pot, fertigated in, or a supplement of some kind may be in order.
Looking good though.
