Doggy Daddy's Dive Into Coco

Thanks PW. I'm really shocked at how fast they rooted. I'm using a heat mat under them this time and I think that helped a lot.

Sorry been busy with life lately. But my preference isn't to add bloom nutrients until you about a week into preflowering. Make sure you flush well before using bloom though. Take it easy and slowly bump up the dose according to your plants needs.

Thanks man. I'm thinking of taking a couple more from Leti cause she has some super tight nodes, low in stature but bushy af just like my wife lol. Her clone would make a great mother.

I did a pretty decent defol again. Overlapping leaves were creating moisture in between them and the airflow blowing between the leaves was limited. I took a shit ton of big fans between the 3 ladies.

They stretched another inch or two at least and I hope they stop soon. My lights are almost at max height but when they stretch and get close to the lights there hasn't been any bleaching or anything so I'm not too worried. Should I just let them grow into the lights or keep stretching them by raising the lights is my question?

The closest they've gotten is 13" away which was today but they were praying like a mofo still when I opened the tent. I'll play with the height unless someone else has any better suggestions. I propped Leti up on a pie pan to get her another inch and a half closer to the lights. She is compact with some nice and tight node spacing.

Hells yeah Dabber! I've been waiting for some of you regulars to hit me up. I'm flying under the radar atm but I'm in need of some blunts and brew. Pull up a chair and make yourself comfy man. I'd love some new input and homegrown homies advice to help me along.

Don't forget I'm relatively new to the site and growing. If I make this harvest it will be my first..... as a wise member once told me (urban achiever) I just follow the footprints in the snow in front of me. . I fell flat on my face to start and fried a seedling. Resilience and some 420 family love can take you far in the growing cannabis world

I figured you were a vet since I see you everywhere lol. Ill have to check out your grow. It's hard keeping up with everyone's journal.

Hey dd i wouldnt let the plants get closer then 10-12" with that vipar.. it starts getting really intense at that range and will fry your buds id think. Just supercrop if they get any taller or raise the lights more if you can. 8" was ok for the mars 300w but not the vipar.

Thanks for the info man. If I do have to super crop it will be the first time for me. Kinda scary when I think about it but I'm confident I can pull it off if needed.

Welcome Sog! A wake and bake bong load sounds good right now. You'll love coco off the bat. It's pretty forgiving and very similar to soil imo. Pennywise is also doing coco along with Ledrf so I take pointers from them and anyone else who knows what they're doing. Fuck it's time for coffee a b-load and then off to my lil girls soccer game. Day 1 for the clones. I transplanted the 2 WR clones into what could be their final homes. Space is limited with the flowering tent being preoccupado. I might have to finish them up and the AK seedling under cfl's depending on how fast they grow.

Dang DD!! Show me your ways with the clones. I tried months back but they failed to root. You got this down easily! Wish I had cuttings of the amnesia haze strains I started with at the beginning. Ladies looking really good man. About to begin my own journal, we'll see how this goes, you're welcome to join along.
